For my second order, Im feeling pretty good. I have some like and dislikes between orders that as I better navigate the drafting process may resolve itself. Overall, mostly pleased.

I am attempting to do a re-order of a trial that I had them print a couple of months ago. Now, I wanted to move to full implementation and much bigger orders that would be shipped all over the United States. I entered the order on their website and wanted to discuss it because of its complexity. I called the customer service number on their site, and it went directly to voicemail. I called several times after that initial call and got the same results. I left a message asking for someone to call me back, and it has been 6 hours with no call back. I tried going through the chat, and it was absolutely terrible; they only provided me with information about the number and times and provided no resolution.
I am done and will be moving my ordering to someone else. I don't know who, but if this is the service you get when only needing to ask a couple of questions, I sure do not want to deal with something going wrong. It isn't enjoyable, and our business in total will be significantly more than if we were to move all of our printing to their services.
The order was quick and the product looks great, but customer service needs some work. For example, it took a couple of times to understand the person trying to get me a non-profit application and the process, but it eventually worked. Then, I have been inundated with calls and emails from the "point person" for my account. I finally had to block all communications from him. It was almost harassment. I understand his urgency to keep in touch with new customers, but he needs to be calmed down, or I need a new point person. I will order as needed from Print Place without being pushed. Thank you!
Printing was good.
The box was trashed. The internal boxes are garbage that hold the envelopes. You through a 100 in that were not in a box. Very sloppy back end
The representative that worked with me was very helpful and stepped me through the process of uploading our logo and information.

I had to many times I needed to call back or respond to emails before getting the order approved, when I was informed that the order was approved. when I brought this the Reps attention, and requested that the order be expedited because of the issues, the answer was a polite, no.

They were shipped out super fast and got them quickly. The colors on the car magnets were bold and glossy finish. I will for sure order again!!!

There was a small quality issue and it took quite a bit of time and persistent effort on my part but ultimately the company made good and issued more replacement product. I am very pleased overall with the quality of the finished product-- there were just some labels in one batch that didn't have the sticker able to peel off and quite a few blanks. I would use the company again because the product is good and they ultimately handled an issue.

I have been using PrintPlace to print my calendars since 2014. The company has learned what I am looking for and have been setting the calendar up the way I like it without me directing them on how. Ronny Kellum was great. I had one little fix to the original draft. In spite of widespread inflation, PrintPlace has been able to hold the per unit cost the same since 2023. Will be ordering our 2027 calendars from PrintPlace.

The online process was very efficient and easy. The product was received in a timely manner. However, what I ordered was not what I received. My proof was legible on the card, but the final product was transparent and difficult to read.
Update: I was contacted by customer service and they addressed my issues. This process was easy and stress free. I appreciate the great customer service.

Creating the business cards on the site was easy. The application is very user friendly. The price is reasonable. The business cards shipped quickly and turned out beautifully.

Have used a bunch of online printers. These guys have a unique way of easy ordering online, but personal contact if there is a problem ! Having a person to respond to your questions and issues regarding your order (especially when printing is involved) is actually unusual as most online printers don't do that. As a result, I placed my 8th order with them recently.

I'm really disappointed in my purchase. I paid more for business cards so I could get them in one day, but they took two days to arrive after the event I needed them for. Also, they are very poor quality with color coming off all sides. They are unusable for my brand. I never received a return call or email after giving this feedback. I will not purchase again.
