Online ordering a breeze. Arrived sooner than promised but their weakness is tracking. I get an email tracking link but it never works. Very frustrating as packages enroute to me via FedEx are frequently misdirected.

The lady obviously didn't understand I needed simple envelopes with printed fronts and she made custom envelopes.
I thought I was receiving 500 for 55.00. I actually only got like 250 for apx. 238.00

We order return address labels

We order return address labels. About 20% of the labels the backing could not be removed, so we could not stick them to envelopes. I contacted customer service right away. They insisted on a video! What was I suppose to take a video of! They replies asking for a photo. So I sent it in. I received a reply that because I sent the photo past the 30 days they would not help me. I sent it three days past the deadline, mind you it was the holidays, our busiest fund raising time of the year! They didn't care I contacted them the first time a week after the labels arrived and there would be no way for us to know how many labels had this issue until we sent our charity newsletter. Very poor customer service if you have an issue with your order.

Request for Refund Due to Failure of Expedited Delivery

Hello,

I placed an order for business cards with your company and selected the fastest delivery option, paying an additional fee, because I needed the cards for a major event on the 26th.

However, as of today, the business cards have not arrived, and I have only received a feedback email instead of the actual delivery.

This is not a simple delay.
I believe this constitutes a clear failure to fulfill a paid delivery commitment.
The purpose of my order was to use the business cards at the event on the 26th, and that purpose has now been completely compromised.

Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the additional fees paid for expedited shipping.

Failing to honor a promised service seriously undermines customer trust, and based on this experience, I do not feel that your company has acted responsibly.

I ask for your prompt review of this matter and confirmation of the refund.

Your custom sizes were perfect, and the website was easy to order from. The whole process was so easy. I made a mistake when choosing the paper type but that was my fault not yours. I am happy with the product none the less. I will order again in the future.
