Paid almost $100 for nothing
I ordered same day cards and paid almost $100 because it was a time sensitive order that I needed for an event. The cards came 3 days later and the event was over which made the cards totally pointless. So disappointed.

This is my first time making a professional print request. I wanted book marks for my soon to be published book and the template for bookmarks easily resized my uploaded image to fit to size perfectly. Even when I was unsure if I resized the image correctly, I called support services and spoke with a live person who checked what I submitted and assured me I had done everything correctly. I would highly recommend PrintPlace and I will use them again in the future if the need arises. You should too.

Perforations
The first purchase I made the stickers had the backing perforation running horizontal and it was very difficult to peel the stickers. 2nd order they were perforated vertically which was much easier to peel. This time the order was perforated horizontally again. (difficult to peel and some won't peel off). I would like consistency with my stickers moving forward please.

Great, but not without issues
Okay, I love print place and what they offer for what you get and the speed is insane! But. I will say, navigating the website and actually selecting the paper quality you want is frustrating. I attempted to order waterproof 2 different times and based on what I clicked and what appeared on the screen, I thought I was good to go. So, I have a lot of not waterproof stickers from this issue on your site. Once I got what I actually wanted, absolutely perfect and super fast.

This was my first time ever printing…
This was my first time ever printing EDDM postcards and I had a lot of questions. They answered every single one without making me feel like a burden. They were patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful through the whole process.

Poor Print quality with print peeling…
Poor Print quality with print peeling on the edges and black prints. Also posters arrived a day late which made us miss an opportunity to give the post cards out.
