I had a couple of questions regarding the purchase of a photo printer and these were answered promptly, without bias and most importantly without any pressure to upgrade to a more expensive model. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was next day and tracked. I'd have no hesitation recommending Printerland.

Received a call Monday morning explaining that the printer had been replaced with another model and that would be sent instead.
Delivery next day by 11am.

I wanted to replace an aging inkjet with a colour laser. I also wanted to avoid getting tied in to a subscription for consumables. I chose and ordered a printer on Printerland. A member of the team phoned me to make sure I was buying the right printer. He said they no longer recommend the model I had chosen (as it was approaching end of life) and worked with me to find an alternative. The alternative was just as capable and was a couple of £ cheaper. It was delivered the next day. Very happy with the whole process.

I thought I'd been smart, done the research, compared with others, used ChatGPT, used search engines etc. and ordered the right printer.

I recieved a call from printerland asking me if I was sure that I really wanted it as it was released in 2017 and getting ink for it might become more difficult in the future. Which other company would have done that? I suspect none, they would have just taken the money and accepted the order. Incredible!

Delivery was exceptionally quick and accurate. There is a huge amount of printers to choose from and the filters help enormously with narrowing your search tailored to your requirement.There was an immediate follow up to make sure I had received my printer and that all was satisfactory. Excellent service I would strongly recommend.

I originally ordered a printer where the description from the manufacturer was not very clear. The printer could only scan A5 sheets through the feeder, a major deal breaker. Someone from printerland called me to propose replacing my order with a better printer and cheaper: duplex scans A4, scans and prints are more precise in dpi. I am indeed very happy with my Epson ET-4956 supplied with a lot of ink. Richard Gresty of Printerland went out of his way to make sure I am happy with my purchase.

Having ordered a printer, Printerland took the trouble to phone me the next day with advice and a recommendation of a slightly different model which, due to differences in toner prices, was going to save me money in the long run. Ordered printer ink and was able to pay by Amazon, which was great !! Ink arrived as stated and good quality and great value, also was followed up by email from Matthew to ask if everything was OK.. would definately use again
