I originally ordered a printer where the description from the manufacturer was not very clear. The printer could only scan A5 sheets through the feeder, a major deal breaker. Someone from printerland called me to propose replacing my order with a better printer and cheaper: duplex scans A4, scans and prints are more precise in dpi. I am indeed very happy with my Epson ET-4956 supplied with a lot of ink. Richard Gresty of Printerland went out of his way to make sure I am happy with my purchase.

Having ordered a printer, Printerland took the trouble to phone me the next day with advice and a recommendation of a slightly different model which, due to differences in toner prices, was going to save me money in the long run. Really excellent service because a less customer focused company would have just shipped what was originally ordered. Very pleased with the whole experience.

So after many years of faithful service my Dell C1660w has died (F in chat). I have vowed NEVER to buy an inkjet printer again and definitely nothing by HP! So when I saw a HotUKDeal for a Brother HL-L8260CDW I was sold, complete with £60 cashback.
Placed my order and later that day I got a call, confirming the order and just highlighting that this is a slightly older model and coming to the end of it's support and was I happy to proceed. I was. Matthew was kind, patient and knowledgeable. A really nice way to treat customers. Would very much recommend Printerland to anyone looking for a printer and encourage everyone to NEVER buy HP!

Ordered printer ink and was able to pay by Amazon, which was great !! Ink arrived as stated and good quality and great value, also was followed up by email from Matthew to ask if everything was OK.. would definately use again

Contacted this company for advice on a printer suitable for home use. They recommended a model based on my requirements. No hard sell, no followups, which i really appreciated. I then checked around on prices elsewhere and this company were either cheaper or the same as elsewhere, but the reviews on trust pilot for this company were so good I stuck with them. Order placed late Thursday evening, printer arrived Saturday! Amazing! The only thing that surprised me was I didnt get a confirmation of them receiving my order which I was expecting, so assumed the printer would be arriving this week. Even checking online on Saturday, it was showing the order as processing and I'd already received it! So the only notification was the delivery company contacting me on the day of delivery. It's not a complaint from me, I was more than happy with the delivery, it's just a bit of heads up for others. Fantastic service

Good fast service

I used Printerland for the first time to buy a laser printer, good price compared to other online sellers.
I came to Trustpilot before buying to check validity of the company, and found Printerland have very few bad reviews compared to good ones and going back over multiple years, so I went ahead with the purchase.
Less than 24 hours later there was a new printer in my possession.
A representative messaged me 2 days after to check all was ok with the new printer. They'll be seeing me back as a customer when cartridge replacements are needed.
