Really pleased with the service we received from Pride Plumbing. Install of new boiler went smoothly and we have no hesitation in recommending the Company.

The company gave us a couple of options with respective quotes.
Once the work had been agreed and deposit paid a start date was agreed upon.
The Plumbers turned up on time, had a regular lunch break and left at the same time every day.
They worked to a high standard, cleaned up at the end of each day.
They were polite and courteous and kept us informed of what was happening.

Excellent service again by Pride Plumbing . Friendly efficient plumber Harry came to fix faulty water cut- off tap.He’d finished tidied and cleaned everywhere in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend Pride Plumbing Services Ltd.

Great service from Pride Plumbing. I used them for a boiler service and to fix a couple of issues. It’s great to find a company that actually answers calls and messages and responds quickly. Just had a new boiler fitted by Pride Plumbing as my old one was on the blink. I asked for a quote for the new boiler which was supplied quickly at a very good price + 10 year guarantee. They gave me a quick date for fitting & a time they would start.
True to their word and on time a young man called Harry arrived. He was very polite & carried out all the work very carefully & tidy.

I recently called out a plumber from Pride Plumbing at Chester Green, Derby.
Their young man, Harry, arrived on time and was pleasant and listened carefully to my description of the problems. He then asked a few relevant questions. His next step was to check the pipe work etc. Once assessed he explained what and why he was about to do. He did it all in a logical and professional manner. This included correcting previous faulty work by an independent plumber.
As an ex-RAF man with experience of training and assessing helicopter aircrew, I would assess this plumber as excellent.
