Great customer service
My parcel got lost (probably by Royal Mail) which was really frustrating. However Pretty Maison were really helpful and understanding. They posted me a new order out the same day I contacted them and made sure that this time the delivery was recorded so there couldn't be any problems. I would recommend their customer service.
The array of galvanised tin planters I ordered were lovely quality too. They just needed holes drilling in the bottom for drainage.
