All good and happened as expected
All happened as expected, I made a mistake and managed to get two frames on one order. This was corrected by Pretavoir very efficiently, then the glasses came. The very focal lenses worked very well. Al in less than two weeks.

Appalling Customer Service – Still Waiting for My £495 Refund
I am extremely disappointed with Pretavoir and the way my order has been handled.
I purchased a pair of high-value sunglasses costing £495, which never arrived. I understand that a delivery was attempted while I was out, but instead of arranging redelivery, the parcel was taken to a post office 12 miles away. I was unable to travel that distance to collect it, and no further delivery attempt was made.
I therefore agreed for the sunglasses to be returned to the retailer, expecting a straightforward refund.
Unfortunately, what followed has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Weeks and weeks have passed, and I am STILL waiting for my £495 refund.
For a company selling premium designer eyewear, I would expect a much higher standard of customer service. Customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks when they have never even received the goods.
The whole experience has been unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming and completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Pretavoir to think twice, particularly when ordering expensive items.
I certainly would not shop with them again. All I want is the £495 that I am owed to be refunded without further delay.

A wonder!
Not only does Pretavoir have a huge range of beautiful frames, the "try on" feature is great - I still had to buy several pairs in order to actually try them on, but their returns procedure is easy, quick and I received my refund for the unwanted pairs very soon after return. The only slightly annoying things regard their site - the search facility is rather too wide, you can't refine it enough - i.e., plastic vs metal - so you have to plough through lots of glasses you aren't interested in which is very tedious and time consuming and if you look at a certain pair, when returning to the search result you go straight back to the beginning - more time wasting. Apart from those minor inconveniences, it was a really good experience and I highly recommend Pretavoir.
