As a buyer of a property in London primary area it was important to have a professional with high level of flexibility, availability and quick decision making. Ed was great in supporting us throughout our first home purchase and beyond. The whole process took approximately 6 months and he made sure we got an early quote, updated this with lower interest rates without prompting and is supporting us through additional steps like income protection and life insurance! Brilliant, helpful and friendly service from start to finish.
