I received a call from them. When I asked who was the regulator, I was informed that they are fully licencsed by ESCRA, I think he meant SCA.
I asked what licence he had, he said he does not know and it has nothing to do with him, that would be a compliance issue. I asked his name and he used the name "Joe". I said I have the SCA site open and I am unable to find his company. That is when he hung up.
This was a very strange move for a company trying to get my business.
The DED does not regulate Financial Services, SCA does.

All started ok but will only communicate when pushed and then you talk to a spive. You know the type all talk, tight-fitting suit, shiny shoes, big watch and power pose.

Trying to draw down some cash. They send in DHL but will not collect as I don't have a local mobile phone number although I have a UK one. Then they are stumped. I get the issue but I had raised other concerns about poor admin which the Spive is trying to avoid answering. The more they avoid the worse it gets. The communication is laughable the COO claims not to be management, they promise to get back to me today with answers on "everything" and don't and claim to be professional but start emails ha, ha, ha and write in RED. Truly awful. Holding personal data and managing money. Stay away would be my advice.

I advised that I would enact Social Media. twitter is only reviewed in 72 hours and not for complaints. So what is it for? Compliments?
