i love preppers , quick on orders , commnication , and packeing, all i can say really,

Purchased an item from them on mail order had to cancel order and request a refund . As soon as I did this they ceased all contact via email ( they have no available telephone number) I attempted contact with them a number of times over a 5 week period , they would not respond to my emails . In the end I had to contact my credit card company and have them make a sect 75 claim against prepper shop to get my money back ……… absolutely terrible company to do business with , once they have your money they drop you like a hot rock !!! If you do buy from them then you do so at your own peril !!

Utter lies !!! After you sent me a reply saying I would be refunded within 7days from the 22march I then emailed you 4 further times up till the 9th of April !!! The only thing I got from you were automated email reply’s saying you had recieved my messages ……. Which you didn’t reply to !! ……. Not one of them and no refund recieved with in 7 days , in fact there was still no refund recieved on the 9th of April !! At this point I handed the whole thing over to my credit company to recover my my money ( nearly £400 ) how dare you leave a reply on here which is evidentially untrue …… I’d have had more respect for you if you had actually just owned up to how tragic your customer service and comunications are . I will never do business with you again and I will urge everyone else that I know not to either .

Everything I've bought has been of good quality and does exactly what it says on the tin. This is my go-to seller for prepping. I highly recommend.

Awful experience. Zero communication when orders are late or aren't dispatched - auto replies when you follow up. My item was apparently in stock with 3-5 day delivery. It was dispatched over a month after ordering and only after I started the chargeback process with my credit card company. A truly dreadful experience.

No communication from order on 14th April still not received order now may 8th - nearly a month!!!

I ordered Leatherman sharpener wait 2 months for refund

After ordering an Optimal knife I read a couple of negative reviews but have to say I had no problems with my order. I had tracking email sent and received goods in just under two weeks.

10/10 would highly recommend this shop if you enjoy your prepping or simply being ready for common issues

Wouldn’t use again , delivery is really slow and when I complained I was made to feel I was the one being unreasonable in not waiting long enough … won’t buy from them again

The items’ quality is very good, unfortunately the delivery time could be improved.

Two and a half week to receive items. But once received, they are good quality. And they do respond to messages.

Unfortunately, I was told after 5 days my item would be with me in a couple days. Then 10 days later I was told that a shipment hadn’t come in but it’ll be with me in a couple days. So, the original communication wasn’t true, a lie no matter how you look at it. Then 12 days after that I was told it’d be ina few days. And exactly 4 weeks after I ordered it , it arrived.
I was hoping Preppers would compensate me something cheap , two of what I ordered as it wasn’t expensive or a money off voucher as a sorry. But I received nothing. It wasn’t just it took a month. It was the lack of communication and being told to was ‘ a couple days away ‘ twice and it hadn’t even been sent!? 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s a shame because I want to use them again, they have a really great inventory. I wouldn’t say don’t order. I just wouldn’t expect it sharpish. I wish them all the best.

Advertises 3-5 day delivery, in reality takes three weeks.
In my case, they made something of an egregious mistake and shipped the item in the box it had been sent to them in, foolishly leaving the Speed-Pak label (and tracking number) intact.
Item was sent from China two days after I ordered it.
Steer clear of this bunch, they have no stock, they are just drop-shippers.
You could order from their suppliers in China, via Ali Express, for half the price.
NB. Order was made on my partner's credit card, hence no record of my name.

Ordered just over 300gbp worth of equipment on 19th March, after 2 weeks nothing so queried it, told they need a week as waiting for item, waited another two weeks, still nothing, no response to two follow up mails, so raised a claim with PayPal, they reached out to try to contact Preppers, but no response so they honoured my claim an refunded me the money, the same day a box turned up with part of my order, now they accuse me of being a fraudster and have started legal proceedings against me, we will see how it plays out ( my solicitor is going to have a field day!)
DO NOT DEAL with these amateurs I only wish I had read the numerous negative reviews before engaging with them.

I ordered a tent for a family holiday and paid for 3-5 days delivery. After nearly 4 weeks had passed I emailed Preppers explaining that I needed the tent asap as my holiday was soon approaching. They said they were busy and for me to wait. Another 3 weeks and no communication, family holiday happens and we have to borrow a tent. I asked for a refund, no communication. Spoke with my bank who started an investigation then suddenly I received an email saying they will refund me……… Shocking costumer service will never use Preppers again. I think it’s all a scam. Avoid.
