There was a slight hiccup with the dispatch. From the moment I contacted customer service I received courteous, efficient and friendly help. The problem was completely resolved by the next day with my receipt of my order. The Kombat cammo shorts are a quality product at a great price.

Ordered goggles which arrived completly damaged.

Contacted them via email and submitted a paypal dispute.
Company got in touch to sort a return and requested i close the dispute to managed internally (which i did not knowing it could not then be reoppend.

Anyway had an email saying its been received and refund will be issued. Upon checking paypal they've refunded the product only - they have not refunded the delivery cost i had to pay to have the damaged items shipped to me in the first place... which is actually illegal under the consumer rights act.

Ive contacted them today to sort out but not holding my breath, may have to do a chargeback through my bank... would avoid this company - not a positive first experience with them and it will be my last

Edit - Was contacted over the weekend and was advised it was a mistake and my delivery charged was refunded. Not the best experience but at least they have corrected the mistakes

Young lad saved up pocket money and placed an order for several items, I added more to the order and placed it in time to arrive for his birthday but it then took several weeks to arrive despite the site stating in stock on everything we ordered. Really disappointing.

Great product and arrived in good time. I will definitely be shopping again with them.

Very slow delivery. All items were showing as in stock but after not receiving anything for two weeks i chased it up. First off a company that only provides and email and will not list a contact number is a huge red flag and then it took five days before a standard reply just saying items are shipped within 3-5 days, except clearly not. After four weeks and chasing up again i finaly receive a parcel but with only part of the order. Chase up again and no reply. I have just today received the remainder of the order. I try and avoid the large amazons and try to support smaller companies but thats 8 weeks. Totally unacceptable, will never use again.

Used before with no issues albeit not the fastest delivery. However made an order that the website stated was in stock and 10 -14 days delivery. I emailed on day 14 to ask situation and had an automated reply, after another 2 weeks emails and automated replies I gave them an ultimatum that I was going to my bank. Almost instant reply. I was told the items were not in stock and were being shipped from abroad with zero idea of when. We agreed on a refund and they said it would take 7 days. On day 7 I emailed to say it is processing and would be 2 more days, another email 2 days later with another threat to go to my bank and I eventually got my cash back.
Poor show from a company I have had no issues with before.

Very unreliable, and dishonest.
I paid for an item they didn't have in stock and wasn't informed of this at the time of purchase, but Preppers still took the full amount from me even though they new they didn't have the said item.
After a month of waiting and a hand of excuses, it resulted in a cancellation on my part, resulting in a lengthy dispute to retrieve my money, wich ended in my favour, thanks to PayPal.
Unfortunately this is probably the worst review I've had to put forward to Trust pilot.

I thought that the knives that I bought from you are very good nice and sharp.

Sold a product they didn’t have in stock, once emailed about it they promised a date and didn’t make the timeline, after requesting a refund they ignored the email. Awful service

Used this company a couple of times in the past no problem, but my last order was on 4th and its now the 28,so 24days and no email's or sorry your order is delayed,nothing, will be seeking a refund from my Bank as they don't reply to emails asking for refunds

Completely wasted my time waited over 4 months for an order that never came. Contacted them every 3 weeks on average was told it was coming in the next few days. Dont waste your time with them.

Ordered 3 items to repair my tent. Nothing arrived for 2 weeks. I emailed in on the 15th day only for them to let me know there was a problem with the supplier. I suggested I don’t mind the delay if they can throw in some freebie, a sticker would have been good enough lol. Nothing came with. Only order from these if you want to wait 2 weeks for your order.
