Customer Friendly
I found Joshua so helpful, understanding and patient with me as I an not technology savy. He couldnt do enough for me to assist me along .He is joyful full of enthusiam and very positive.Hats of to u for employing him. Keep him in customer service for me at least ,and for other customers like ne who cannot work the phone system on many levels. If i was an employer Id have Joshua as my front of house employee.so important to find such a helpful kind person at the other end if the phone.God Bless him.

Poor service and everything just ridiculous
I had a very disappointing experience with PrepayPower.
On Tuesday, I was contacted by their retention team and offered a €300 welcome credit to stay. I was told that PrepayPower would handle everything, including contacting Electric Ireland on my behalf, and that I did not need to do anything. I was also told someone would call me on Wednesday with a confirmed installation time.
Wednesday came and no one called.
Thursday was my scheduled installation day. No engineer arrived, and nobody contacted me to explain the delay. I had to call customer service myself, only to be told they couldn’t reach the installation team and had sent them an email.
On Friday, I was finally informed that the next available installation wouldn’t be until August.
Because I trusted their advice, I stopped my switch to another supplier. Instead of a smooth process, I was left waiting with no communication and no clear timeline.
Good customer service is about keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, I experienced poor communication, missed commitments and wasted time. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Self inflicted no Electricity..duh !
This morning I came home from assignment abroad and electricity was gone due to myself not planning properly. I also then had no internet and also issue with bank card due to not approving some transaction that still have to figure out and could not top up. Contacted support and Ola sorted me out in a few minutes, said it would take up to a hour for code, but had it in less than 20 minutes. Excellent, friendly and top notch service. Thank you Ola

I was assisted by Gina, and she was very attentive and dedicated to looking for a solution to my query. All the information I received was very clear.
