After purchasing Premier sports we had difficulty adding it to our Sky channels but David was absolutely great helping us and fixed our problem.

I want to thank the support staff at Premier Sports supporting Canada in resolving my issue of moving my subscription from a monthly to yearly plan. Sasha and Steve initially, but when the problem persisted right up to the opening weekend of the Nations Championship, Scofield came to my rescue to ensure I never missed any games, which was truly appreciated, thank you! A shout out also to Premier Sport for coming to the rescue of rugby starved fans in Canada, who have long been denied access to view top quality games!

Got my Premier sports upand running no problem the customers service gentleman was first class very helfull and respectful at all times

I was sent my annual renewal email and then saw that new subscribers were being offered the same for £20 less - not much but as with a lot of companies, new customers more important than loyalty. I contacted PS to query and Scofield from customer services quickly sorted my query.

Called re a billing problem. Mike politely clearly quickly resolved the issue

Recently had to contact Premier sports to confirm I had correctly changed my debit card number.Spoke to a very professional and friendly man who was more than easy to deal with.
Would give him a gold star and 10/10.

I finally contacted the help line and I was pleasantly surprised to get prompt attention to deal with my inability to subscribe.

Happy with the deal they gave me to renew.

I recently had experience of trying to rectify my subscription to PS as there had been a misunderstanding.
It was dealt with by Hannah, who was most helpful and clear in advising me. Her replies were prompt and friendly.
I love using the app for rugby

Emma was fantastic on the phone so helpful and clear, very caring and understanding.
Unfortunately my husband is ill and no longer watching/so been cancelled.

Love the service and easy to stream. Does not show the score which is nice if you want to watch it later on. Customer was incredibly helpful and responsive when assisting me with a billing issue. Will definitely use the service again when 6 nations fires back up.

I accidentally signed up for a year only wanting the 1 month flexible option. I spoke to Emma over at Premier Sports and she sorted out my mistake. Great customer service

Easy to set up very expensive for what it is but only channel showing a lot of rugby coverage probably cancle half of Sky package now
