I somehow subscribed twice to PS and cancelled one sub and kept the other going.I tried to watch Rugby this weekend and got a no active subscription notice,so I thought they may have cancelled the wrong sub or even cancelled both.
To my relief,this was sorted out by Steve with the minimum of fuss.

I couldn’t connect the app on my tv.. phoned the company & Spencer sorted me out, she had great patience as I’m an older lady & not technically minded… she was polite efficient & went to great lengths to achieve this . I want to say her customer service went beyond… Jackie…

I made a mistake on my subscription selection. Prompt response and flexible/pragmatic approach taken. This gives me confidence in the company to buy again as I tend to be a flexible user. Thank you Scofield.

Over in Co Kerry from the UK for the birth of my granddaughter I was disappointed in that I was
going to miss my teams quarter final in the URC
championship. Not a problem for Curtis. He very
quickly had me set up to watch not only Friday nights game, but a 24 hour pass so that I could view all the
quarter finals. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
And my daughter obliged by delivering our beautiful
Granddaughter at 05:05 into the bargain.

Tried to watch Leinster v Lions but all I could get was Montpellier v Pau, tried on different devices restarted logged out and in again same problem.

Once again, total tech screw up. Clicked on Leinster v Lions and getting Montpellier v Pau.
Such an amateur flakey station.

This is an absolutely disgraceful organisation. I tried to watch Glasgow Warriors every game but was impossible with this mob. Nothing but a rip off.

Watched six nations on premier then thought I unsubscribed April. Got charged for may and thought here we go scam company. Contacted Premier, they confirmed I did not unsubscribe April but did in May. They refunded my mistake immediately. Will sign on again next six nations.

Good once I got past the chat bot and a person was able to identify that I did not have a “standard” type issue

Subscription was very easily dealt with by both Curtis and Steven

I have been having monetary issues and needed to postpone my subscription to a later date. My concerns were dealt with compassionately and as a result when these matters have stabilised will ensure I come back to premier sports

PS offers the chance to watch live sport not available elsewhere. As a Bayern fan with the DFB Pokal final.

However, if you want to pay just monthly pay as you go be careful which tariff to pay for as the website, at first glance, can be misleading. Otherwise you might inadvertently sign up for a annual pass as I did. The full monthly sub offers a 30 day cancellation. After a few emails the guys back at PS arranged for my mistake to be rectified.
