I purchased my forever home with the help of Priya and Adrianna. The purchase took 10 long months to complete because unfortunately I had to start from beginning twice when nearing exchange but Priya and Adrianna were consistent in their updates, consistent when chasing the seller's solicitor for updates, reassuring, patient and promptly answering any questions I had. Conveyancing team review - Adrianna and Priya were great. I dealt with Adrianna most as the Paralegal. Here communications were timely, useful and clearly communicated what was being asked of me. She also confirmed when documents were received and kept me up to date with the whole process. I felt kept in the loop the whole time.

We were very pleased with the support we received from Matt and Gayan at Premier Solicitors. They helped us complete a purchase of an auction property within 25 days of instruction and the whole process was very smooth. Advice on certain aspects of a solar panel lease was very helpful. Price was also fair. Highly recommended.

We used this company as recommended by a local go-between, they were recommended as Probate Solicitor of the year 2025.
They are very expensive for the service you get/don't get, my local trusted solicitor would have done a much better job, for a lot less money, without all the stress and aggravation they caused us. If you have a good local trusted solicitor that does not give a fixed price but charges by the hour I would recommend you use them and not Premier Solicitors. They charged us £10.5k plus vat for probate for one house and one bank account with a will and only 3 children as beneficiaries.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Their communication is very vague at best, rude and plain dishonest at worst.
They did not keep us informed on extremely important matters to do with the Probate application and timings.
When questioned about this after 4 months, they completely ignored our emails and questions.
After having to complain to Senior Partners within the company and then having to chase the Senior Partners for some kind of response, we were treated as annoying and how dare we ask quite normal questions on what should be simple questions to answer.
Their communication is vague, dismissive and rude if you get any communication at all.
Once you have a grant of probate, they find all sorts of reasons/excuses to hold on to your money for longer than is necessary. You will have to spend time checking everything they say, like council tax takes 9 weeks to settle - when I rang the local Council, not true the payment had already been raised. Then they said the gas and electric have sent a letter to say it takes 6 weeks to finalise the bill - when I rang the gas and electric company - not true, they have sent the final bill.
The list goes on with how many ways this company has made what is already a very stressful situation for our family much worse.
If you look at their responses to complaints on this site, it's always the same response. "We are sorry to hear blah, blah. Please contact our complaints department". We tried that, and complained to Senior Partners, It seems like it is a cultural problem or company policy from the top down. DO NOTUSE.

I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. It is linked with (same directors) as 'PS Wills and Estate Planning' an absolutely disgraceful company and service recieved at a very sad and difficult time for our family.

We have waited over 2 months for PS Wills and Estate Planning to rectify an issue with a Will to which they have delayed, delayed and delayed - and had contradictory conversations with Premier Solicitors and PS Wills about the validity of the Will - yet it appears they are essentially the same company!

Disgraceful from the directors down to admin staff that we've dealt with on email.

I received an exceptional service from everyone at Premier Solicitors- with an extra special mention to Harpreet and Neelam.
Nothing was too much, they took time to explain the process and answered all questions I had. Not once did I ever have to contact them asking for an update on my purchase and I was kept informed at all times throughout the process of my purchase.
It can be a stressful time, but premier solicitors made the whole process completely stress free, smooth and quick.
I cannot recommend premier solicitors enough - an excellent experience from a firm that centres themselves around delivering excellent customer care.
