If anyone is a first time buyer and is looking for a solicitor, then I cannot recommend Jayleigh enough.

Premier handled the sale of my house superbly. They also tried everything they could to get my first purchase over the line (a process that showed that not every solicitor is anything like as competent as they are) before smoothly completing my second attempt. In both cases, Syla was brilliant to deal with and a great help at a very stressful time. I don't intend to move again in a very long time but if I do, I'll happily use Premier again.

UPDATE 17/08/2026 - you will see that Premier solicitors replied to this review, they replied with another LIE, as they have still not contacted me, it has now been over 8 weeks since I sent them an official complaint.

AVOID! The list of issues i had with Premier solicitors is a long one. I used them for a transfer of equity. Documents were not being read correctly, incorrect forms being sent causing months worth of delays. Forms for my case were being sent with other peoples details on them (GDPR breach), They attempted to over charge me TWICE, communication is awful, sometimes not hearing back for weeks, not once did i get a call back when i requested one. I was told by my solicitor that i could not complete on the transfer despite the lender and help to buy agreeing they were ready to go. My solicitor REFUSED to send the required paperwork to complete. She did it reluctantly on the very last day possible, thats 15 days after the offer had expired, thankfully there was a 15 day grace period. The whole process was 7 months of stress thanks to these guys. A cherry on top is that my official complaint has been ignored. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Last week we finally completed on our first home, and it is all thanks for Jayleigh, our solicitor. I cannot express how grateful we are to have such a fantastic solicitor like Jayleigh.
From start to finish, she was professional and incredibly supportive, especially when the sellers solicitors started ghosting everyone.

We did experience significant delays due to the sellers solicitors, which Jayleigh was fighting tooth and nail every day to get in contact with through every avenue. Jayleighs proactiveness and persistence made us feel she was always fighting our corner and doing everything in her power to get things moving faster and forward.
