From the initial query to the day of install, everything was smooth. There was plenty of communication, with Karen keeping us updated on a regular basis. On the day of delivery everything went smoothly even though it was raining, nothing seemed too much for Ricky. Had a slight issue with some damage but a replacement part was sent out with the promise that they would come out and replace it. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking at getting a hot tub. Not only great service but outstanding value for money

Where to start… if I could give more than 5 stars I would…

Premier Hot Tubs have been amazing. I was new to getting a hot tub and didn’t really have a clue which one to get. The sales team answered every single question I had, provided as much info and advice on everything. They went over and above to help me even when I said it would be 6 months before I purchase.

6 months later I got back in touch and had another 100 questions to which they answered everything and provided all support.

Once I chose my hot tub, delivery was scheduled in a couple of weeks, put hot tub into place without any issues.

I had further follow up questions in regards to maintenance and again the sales team was more than happy to help. Every email I sent had a response within a couple of hours even on a Sunday. I cannot fault Premier Hot tubs they have been super an amazing team would recommend to everyone.

Exceptional service from start to finish. No question is too big or too small and answered quickly with technical support if required. The hot tub itself is the best that I have seen for the amount of jets, seating, water features and lights but still at an affordable price.

So glad we chose the Tahiti hot tub. Truly value for money equiped with a Balboa TP700 system. Customer service was great, delivery was as per agreed and nearly 2 months on the tub is brilliant, easy to maintain and energy efficiency. Rich and Karen were very helpful and professional

Fantastic service. Brilliant hot tub with tv for a good price. Initially a bit worried about buying one without seeing it as there is no showroom, but that keeps the price down. After seeing the excellent reviews i decided to go ahead and have not been dissapointed at all. Delivery drivers were lovely and nothing too much trouble, a real credit to the company. I ordered a LED light box for my hot tub which I required for the next day, realising I made a mistake for 3-5 days delivery. I emailed the sales team asking for next day express delivery and had a prompt reply stating this was no problem and no extra charge for express delivery was required. The light box came the next day which was great and my whole experience with Premier hot tubs has been brilliant. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Premier Hot Tubs.

We bought the exuma smart hot tub with the TV included. Our experience with Premier HotTubs was overall a positive experience. Great communication before and after we received the hot tub. Rick the delivery man was very helpful and friendly. Answered the many questions we had after receiving our hot tub. Getting the hot tub in the garden wasn't an easy task. He he knew what he was doing and got it all in.

The hot tub itself. We love it. The quality of the hot tub is Premier. The jets, lights all add to a great hot tub. It's very spacious and most importantly very relaxing.
Having the TV included is an added bonus.
We recommend Premier HotTubs. They were quick to fix a jet that was broken. They have been friendly and always got back to us when we emailed them. Overall a positive experience.

Premier hot tubs delivered our hot tub 4 weeks ago. The delivery man was absolutely 1st class he just couldn’t do any more to help us. It was a challenging delivery to get into position and without him not sure we would have managed it. From ordering to delivery loads of contact and keeping us informed. Once the tub was installed we weee able to have a look and now we have had time to use it we cannot fault anything. We cannot recommend enough this company we got a brilliant hot tub for such a competitive price.

Premier hot tubs have been great. The product itself is amazing and has been thoroughly enjoyed since its installation, and the customer service and delivery was also of an impeccable quality.

Excellent communication and service from Premier Hot Tubs, even to the point of processing the order on a Sunday (and Christmas Eve no less!). We purchased the Exuma TV model and can't fault it... very spacious, very comfortable and very luxurious. The delivery process was a bit delayed (but due to shipping channel delays so outside of the company's control) but really well communicated and was perfect on the actual day of delivery. Would recommend them to anyone 😀

The best Hot Tub provider in the UK, by far.
We spent several weeks visiting garden centres and specialist hot tub retailers, as well as the usual places like Costco and B&Q, to view the hot tubs they had on offer.
Our criteria was that we wanted something big and with plenty of jets.. We finally found one, but with a heavy price-tag. We put down a small deposit, but I wasn't quite content that we'd found something that justified the money..., so I did some more searching online and found very much the same tub with Premier Hot Tubs at a much better price, AND, this one came with a TV option !!! What more can you ask for?! :)

Don't be fooled, you might think that you can find other tubs at the same price, but they will NOT be as BIG. 2.3m x 2.3m. The extra 30cm on any other hot tub really makes the difference. Other places offering tubs at the same size are far more expensive.

From the first time I inquired, to the moment of delivery, the service we received was fantastic. The after service is also amazing - as with anything new, you have a lot questions - Rick and Karen have really gone above and beyond to provide support to us newbies. Their patience has been really appreciated.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. If you are looking for a Hot Tub, then look no further.
