Very simple website to use and delivery within a couple of days. Also contact you if a flavour you want is not available to ask what you would prefer. Only thing to remember is that it saves previous items purchased in your basket so these need to be removed before you pay for your updated order

Consistently high standards both online and in store in Sutton In Ashfield. I usually shop in store, where the chap is lovely, he’s friendly and very knowledgeable, but recently shopped online for Black Friday and made a big saving! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE here, which is a Rare thing these days.
Never had an issue up till now really. And they were REALLY QUICK to respond, like 5 minutes and they contacted me back by email asking if I'd phone in, or they'd phone me.
Well I rang them and they immediately sorted the problem, even offering a freebie. So kind, no issues, just polite and helpful. BRILLIANT !!

Fastest delivery I've ever had off any online order, ordered twice now since finding the site, both items arrived fast, and as described

Bought a Megavolt 80W and a Windrunner tank. Both arrived quickly and well packaged. Once the battery was charged on the Megavolt and the Windrunner had its idiot complience tube removed, doubleing its capacity there was no looking back. Seriously thinking about geting a second device.
This is a fantastic company and I was kept informed of despatch and delivery both by Premiere and the Royal Mail. Can't fault them.

Visited the Oaktree Mansfield Store this weekend, was served by Rheanne who was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble! :) will be coming again.
