I would give this company a 0 if I could. I have tried to find the whereabouts of my order which I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. Noone answers or replies emails, calls go straight to voicemail. I started a webchat and there is noone there. This seems like fraud. The company are willing to take your money but no item and no customer service. I even contacted the delivery company, again no answer. Absolutely appalling. I really find the good reviews hard to believe if I am honest because it’s like we are talking about two very different companies.

Phones go straight to voicemail!! Trying to find out where my order is and no one replies. Have taken my money and there is no sign of the items. Disgraceful company and customer service. Now contacting my bank and trading standards to report fraud. 6 months pregnant and shouldn’t have to be dealing with this stress. Absolutely appalling. Do not use!!

SHOCKING Ordered a pushchair costing £350. Was due to be sent out 3-5 days had to chase. When finally arrived despite picture being of black pushchair this is not the colour that arrived. They have the black one and I’ve been trying to contact them via email phone and chat every day for the last two weeks to see if I can arrange a return and replacement. DO NOT ORDER from this company. In this day and age there is no excuse for poor customer service and theirs is the worst I’ve come across in a long time. I can see they are on line on the chat and they don’t respond. I will be contacting trading standards as their distance selling refund policy is in breach and there is no return address to arrange your return despite suggesting there is.

I bought two little tikes trailers. Received a confirmation email then nothing else. I have made several attempts at contact through email to ask where the order is but all have been ignored. Even my attempt to cancel the order for a refund was ignored and eventually just given without any acknowledgment. Really poor service, no explanation. I wouldn’t use this site again nor recommend it.

I have been trying to contact about a missing item I can not get in contact with anyone I have called emailed and messaged on social media. I have bought from precious little thing before and never had any problems until now.

I have been trying to contact this company about a missing item from my order which I placed 13 days ago. I’ve sent emails and messages on messenger. I’ve also filled in online contact forms and left several voice mails. You cannot speak to anyone directly. I’ve not had a reply.

I ordered a cot bed and mattress for my daughter on 23/10/21 and still have not received my order 17 days later!! I received a phone call from a private number on 26/10/21 and spoke to some random person advising that the cot bed I ordered was out of stock and they would send an alternative within 24 hours via Yodel. I confirmed my address and was guaranteed delivery the next day, however nothing has arrived and the Yodel tracking site states the items haven’t even left the sender yet! How ridiculous! The old Precious Little One company were more legit as I ordered a travel system from them over a year ago which actually turned up, but this new company “the pud store” are clearly fraudulent and this is a case of misrepresentation! Avoid this fraudulent company as you will not receive any of your orders and you will only get through to a stupid voicemail everytime you call their ONLY number!!

chair was delivered smashed to bits. Have now been waiting for over a month for company to arrange to pick up broken item and return. AWFUL customer service.

Made an order for a moses basket for my baby with 3-5 day delivery. It has now been nearly two weeks and I've had no communication what so ever from precious little one after messaging/ emailing and trying to call. I just want to recieve what I bought! Or at least get a refund. My order number is 21572.

Ordered and received car seat for my premature granddaughter unfortunately it’s the wrong one tried to call no response emailed no response messaged on chat no one online 2 weeks now can’t use seat don’t know how to send it back without anyone talking to me very frustrated, order no 19830 wanted Murphy l 360 spin got i carol 123. I absolute cannot praise Tracy Smith enough. I'm not really sure if you actually have any other members of staff since no one else has bothered to email me back, call me or reply on social media but Tracy is an absolute godsend and I have no doubt she deserves a payrise. She has been just incredible at helping me sort out my issues, she's been kind and understanding and stayed in touch and an absolute pleasure to speak to and generally the best part of my experience with PLO. Honestly without her you'd be appalling but she is the most incredible asset you as a company have! Thank you so much Tracy. You absolutely NEED to give her a bonus she deserves it!

My granddaughter is due her baby end of November, now single, she has made 2 payments & still no contact, she will not be able to buy another one, why are trustpilot company putting their name to this company? I need a reply please

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read all of these before ordering. They take your money and don’t send any items out. I don’t know how they are still getting away with it. Disgusting
