Me and my Husband purchased from Lesters Nurseryworld after being let down by a different supplier after they applied for liquidation. As anyone can imagine, me and my Husband was panicked and needed to purchase a new travel system. We explained our anxieties to Lesters Nurseryworld about our current situation and they showed compassion and empathy with our situation. They were accommodating and super friendly. We were kept up to date with our order and time scales were spot on too. We had read the reviews on Trustpilot and could see Lesters were inundated with 5* reviews. We wish we had come to Lesters the first time round! Would highly recommend to any expecting parents. Thank you again for your services.

Ordered early Friday morning and was with me by Saturday at 2:30pm very quick delivery. Prices are great too!

Good pricing and information on the website on delivery time. Unfortunately delivery was delayed. Better timely updates on this would have been helpful and saved time.

I couldn’t recommend Lesters Nursery highly enough! I ordered a Silver Cross Breeze pram package and had a query, so I emailed them. Within 20 minutes I’d received a response, and they kept me updated throughout the delivery process.
I had another query a little later, so I called them and, again, they called me back within 10 minutes with the answer. The customer service has genuinely been fantastic from start to finish.
I couldn’t fault them at all and would absolutely use Lesters Nursery again. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy and reassuring!

Fast delivery, really happy with purchase!

I ordered a stroller from the website back in November 2025. The dispatch and postage was super quick and item arrived the next day. I have since had issues with the stroller (had to deal with retailer rather than manufacturer) and the customer service has been second to none. Super fast responses and Michael was very helpful and supportive of the case. I would highly recommend this company and will be my first port of call for any future purchases. Thank you! 😊

Excellent Communication and assistance with my order

I was looking for something that only they had in stock. I added more items along with it, and they dispatched the order next working day exactly as promised, so everything was delivered promptly.

Outstanding service. Excellent communication when I raised a question regarding delivery and asked to change the colour of some hand muffs.
