Best price (but had to search to find it). Did everything they said they would. Very satisfied.

Easy to place orders and quick delivery. Delivery company used was Efficient with updates on time of arrival working.

My order arrived damaged (dents in the bin outer shell) and confirmed this as soon as I had unpacked the item which PRC Direct responded to quickly and organised a replacement within a week.

Slightly confusing web site with regard to delivery options and their time scale.

I tried to purchase a TV from this company, the payment portals failed - I used a debit card and a credit card, all details entered correctly, authenticated with my providers through the app on my phone, but the website reported failures each time. Eventually I paid through PayPal which worked. PRC called me and told me I had to change my TrustPilot review because it was bad for business, I explained their website was the issue and that I was only being honest, but I was continually harassed to change my review. Then I was told the TV I ordered wasn't actually in stock, no mention of this anywhere on their website, and that I would have to wait several days before they could confirm stock and a delivery date. I was given a date of delivery over the phone, so I changed my plans accordingly to make sure I would be at home that day, on the day I expected delivery I called them up to ask about a delivery window and was informed that my TV would actually be delivered two days later. If I hadn't called them up, I wouldn't have found out and would have stayed in all day for no reason.

So in summary, poor website, bad communication, aggressive harassing when presented with poor feedback. The only reason it's not a 1 star review is because the TV actually works and the delivery driver was friendly.

Took payment and then cancelled my order

Order was cancelled as item was out of stock, and yet the item continues to remain advertised as in-stock and available for next day delivery.

The individual who contacted me wanted me to purchase an alternative colour of the item and hung up abruptly when I asked for a refund instead - not confirming timelines for when I would receive it.

My household used PRC Direct for the first time a few days ago and was happy with that purchase but we won't be returning again.

No problems with order and went straight through with no hassle.

Not a great experience today. Ordered a TV using the Paypal pay in 3 service which I was approved for. The order completed but had absolutely no confirmation screen or email. My bank account had a pending transaction and paypal showed the payment as an authorisation.

Called customer service, the advisor wasn't exactly rude be he was quite abrupt with me and wasn't taking the time to listen to me and kept cutting me off, I had to ask him to let me finish.

He was fairly blunt and said there was no record of the order and told me to wait 15 mins.

No confirmation after several hours. Called again, spoke again to a fairly blunt advisor. Told to contact Paypal.

Paypal customer service were much more helpful and polite. I was told that Paypal had held the funds but then never recieved a confirmation from the seller, that it would be voided in 24hrs but our bank might not credit for 3-5 working days.

Emailed the customer service team twice with no response.

This was a business purchase with an urgent scenario where we had clients coming in to view images, so I did not appreciate having to chase this issue.

In the end I managed to find somewhere else to buy the TV but we've got £350+ less available in our bank account for the next few days.

As a business owner I understand that the back-end in websites are really complicated and glitches happen and can be very hard to catch, especially when it involves external payment providers - hense the 2 star instead of 1 - but for the lack of email communication back from their support team on an urgent matter and the quite blunt attitude of the customer service advisor, this gets a very low rating from me

Delivered within the two hour delivery slot with good communication 21:56 on the day before by text message and email. Then as advised an 'unknown' person phoned on the delivery day itself. Good service, thank you

Best price around for the Samsung Frame TV and the delivery was quick. What more could you ask for. Top retailer that I would use again.
