Placed my order for a Sage Coffee…

Placed my order for a Sage Coffee machine. Order taken and funds paid. I was then called a few days later to arrange delivery. When I spoke with them I was told they did not have the item in stock, they had taken over orders for it and I’d get my money back in 7-10 days. Just update your website and prevent me having to part with money for no reason. Update - the company refunded my money, apologised and offered service recovery for any future purchases. This was a positive interaction and good to see they care about customer response and feedback.

Great customer service from PRC Direct

Great customer service from PRC Direct! There was a delay in receiving my order and they were quick to respond and issue a refund re delivery costs. A great company to order from and would happily recommend them to anyone.
