Myself and my girlfriend Anna, recently had an appointment at the Stratford Jewellers after getting “the call” for a Rolex I had registered an interest in with John O’Rourke.
From the very first welcome we received to the warm goodbye, we were treated like royalty by John and the other members of staff. It was an experience like no other I have had from a jewellers.
We were there for over a hour whilst I bought my watch and Anna tried several items of jewellery, nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
After we had left Anna said that she really felt like royalty and was very high in praise for Pragnells in general.
Pragnells is definitely my go to place now for watches and jewellery and I can’t wait for the next visit.

Leona has made us feel very welcome & comfortable from the start. She’s really taken her time to understand the type of jewellery my wife likes & offered great advice in creating our first piece together. We collected it yesterday & we’re over the moon, it is perfect. We look forward to adding to our collection with Leona’s advice going forward. A great asset to Pragnells and a delight to deal with.

A big thank you to Leona and staff for our wonderful experience when we visited the Pragnell jewellers at Stratford recently to purchase our Golden Wedding celebration gifts. Leona was very kind to add something really special on this occasion to mark our "Special Day". Pragnell's always provides outstanding customer service making each visit feel very special. We've made several purchases this year and he has been a credit to his company, from showcasing many items for us prior to deciding exactly which pieces we eventually bought
They have some absolutely beautiful watches ( we were literally spoiled for choice !) As was my partner also regarding her diamond ring recently bought too ,

I must say Jie Shen is such a credit to the company.
From start to finish such a lovely lady.

Followed up by receiving a lovely personal note in the post a week later.

Maybe the rolex salesperson could take some lessons from her rather then yes and no answers.

I attended Pragnell's Stratford Upon Avon branch recently and was very happy with my experience.
I was assisted in the purchase of my watch by Andrea De Bona who went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning hopefully soon as my wife now wants a watch. Thanks again Jim

11/10... For those that have read my comments and reviews before, PRAGNELL's STRATFORD UPON AVON keep on going that extra mile for me and my family. I do really believe to mark our special occasion, LEONA HINDS and the team really pulled something together this time and gave us the opportunity to acquire something really special to mark and celebrate it...Both My wife and I are over the moon!! As usual the Experience, Service & glass of Fizz really is FIRST CLASS!! I even came away learning something and a few new facts...THANK YOU SO MUCH @LEONA....!

I had a great meeting with Lyndon in the Mayfair office and a phone consultation with Claire. Both were so helpful and it was a pleasure speaking with them. Whilst I’ve not actually yet got a Rolex, their genuine interest in me and my preferences, coupled with honest and informative feedback on the market etc made me feel genuinely valued. I’m sure that I’ll be visiting the team in Mayfair when I’m considering other additional purchases in future!

Assisted by Martin Cowen again at the Stratford upon Avon showroom . What a true gentleman and consummate professional he is , an absolute credit to Pragnells and the industry . Always a pleasure to be in his company and in the Stratford upon Avon showroom . My partner and myself always feel so welcomed by ALL the staff at Stratford , always greeted with a smile a great coffee or a lovely glass of champagne and nothing is too much trouble.
The showroom is beautiful and is a fantastic place to while away an hour or two . Pragnells are second to none and would never want to shop anywhere else . A customer for life here .

Absolutely fantastic service from everyone at Pragnell. Mark and especially Emma helped me throughout the bespoke process. As someone who has worked in and been a customer numerous times in luxury retail, I can’t recommend Pragnell enough. No snobbery that you can get in other places. I am glad I went with Pragnell, and will use them whenever I am looking for jewellery and watches for the rest of my life. I genuinely can’t wait for my next purchase, and am sad it is over!

I went to Pragnell's for the first time with my husband as he was looking to purchase a watch. This is when I was introduced to Thomas , who’s knowledge of watches and jewellery was excellent , so once I decide I also wanted to purchase a watch for my self , I contacted Thomas who took the time to to understand my requirements and quickly learnt what I liked and disliked , I can now say I have purchased a watch and a few pieces of lovely jewellery from the store , I am looking forward to my next visit

Thank you to Tom for your time his time on Saturday. His knowledge of both items purchased, and indeed other items in the store, was very impressive. The service was excellent and I already have a eye on my next purchase, so will be coming back for sure!

I went to Pragnell's as I was looking to purchase a watch. I was introduced to Thomas who sat me down and asked what I was looking for. As the conversation went on Thomas asked more questions and he then suggested a few watches that he thought matched my requirements. Slowly we whittled it down to two watches and he advised me that one of them could take anything from 6 months to 2 years. I have since visited a few times and bought some jewellery items for my wife and she always loves the item along with the expert and friendly service. Thomas has never tried to sell anything outside of our stated budget, but will throw in the odd item to get us thinking outside of our box. Last Saturday my watch finally arrived and it is even better than I thought it would be. Without the knowledge, getting to know me and advice from Thomas I probably would not have chosen the watch I have and love now. We will not be going anywhere else but Pragnell's for anything that they do. They have a customer for life now

What an exceptional experience at their showroom in Stratford Upon Avon. I haven’t even been offered a timepiece but I felt welcomed and that’s all one can hope for.
