Firstly, I would like to thank all the team at Pragnell Leicester. This is an outstanding establishment upon visiting the Leicester branch. I received a very warm welcome.

On the 3 times I visited here, my family and I were greeted by all the staff. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was dealt with swiftly by Dermot who welcomed us to his desk he showed very good knowledge in his products very professional and non-judge mental I was enrolled for the Rolex models that I desired they also offered me and my family refreshments getting to know Dermot and all the common interests we shared.

It wasn’t about just purchasing a watch, It was about the experience which we received. Which he has become a good friend. When we were departing, we were speaking to Jannie I asked if she knew any Italian places to eat for lunch, and she recommended a good place to eat as we weren’t from the area.

On the second time visiting this fantastic showroom. Welcoming us, Sangita offered us a desk. Dermot was with another client but still addressed me and my family, we didn’t just wait we were approached by David, which he showed us the new pieces of jewellery which they made and teaching about the different colours of diamonds, till Dermot was available. We were invited to the workshop/service centre to learn more knowledge about jewellery and watches when we are next visiting.

I got invited to pick my new timepiece. I was greeted by Russel very knowledgeable coming from the jewellery industry background, he was talking and showing us the new sunshine diamond ring till Dermot was ready. Following on from that, I did need a couple of links out which was kindly done, I received a very in-depth demonstration which been a Rolex owner I learnt new details about Rolex which I didn’t know.

So if you are looking for a watch, you cannot go wrong speaking to Dermot Hay and his colleagues at Pragnells. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and thank you for your assistance.

I have dealt with Marc Gillings at the Pragnell Stratford Upon Avon showroom on a number of occasions over the past few years. Registered interest online and was emailed in great detail about my selection, made appointment in store with Connor who laid out a great selection for me to try.

He was friendly, honest and patient with me taking my time to make a decision, as well as being very knowledgeable. Ended up walking away with a model I wouldn't have really thought about beforehand but I am over the moon with what I have ended up with (as a result of being showed such a variety).

All the staff were very polite and non-judgmental ,as unfortunately some dealers can be with younger customers in my past experience.

I just popped in on the off chance to enquire at the Stratford-Upon-Avon branch for a new piece for my wife. We previously have used the Leicester Branch for all our other pieces. Connor was the perfect Gent and Salesman. Knows his watches inside out. And luckily for us they had availability at the time of the enquiry. The Pragnell staff went above and beyond in every way when I purchased a ring from their Leicester branch, both Sangita and her colleagues made me feel welcome and supported in my decision making. They are a patient and helpful outfit who were able to offer a bespoke service, adding new ideas to assist with creating the perfect ring.

Vicky made us very welcome and had excellent ideas about what would work for us. The necklace my friend chose needed altering to fit her. She was due to fly home on Sunday and Vicky had it altered on Saturday and very kindly made a personal delivery to my house in the evening. What a brilliant service - many thanks.

We came in shopping for jewellery for my wife’s birthday and nothing was too much trouble to view and try on, their products certainly have the wow factor! Marc an expert gemologist at Pragnells has been fantastic, professional and very attentive in helping me to build my engagement ring. From a great choice of quality gems, designing and advising it been absolutely faultless. Personally we’d never buy jewellery elsewhere. Thanks again guys!

We have been dealing with Pragnells for many years, purchasing rare stones, jewellery, watches & even pens. It has never occurred to us to write a review before, however feel it's important we spread the excellent service we have always had from Pragnells. Buying an engagement ring or wedding ring is such a big/hard decision to make and you want the finest experience and memory to look back on. Jie in the Stratford-Upon-Avon office is wonderful to deal with, she has a vast knowledge of everything diamonds and watches, she is incredibly welcoming to all our family and we trust her implicitly. Pragnells staff from the doormen, to sales people, to ladies that offer you drinks on arrival are all very welcoming and friendly and are an asset to the business. We feel we will keep dealing with Jie & Pragnells for generations to come.

A first class experience from start to finish. I was trying to purchase a particular watch for a milestone upcoming Birthday, I walked into Pragnell’s Mayfair and was very fortunate to be greeted by the lovely and very helpful Anna. I was made to feel very much at ease from the moment I sat down. We had a brief discussion about the particular watch I wanted, and to my delight Anna said it was something that Pragnell’s could help me with.
After a very short period of time indeed, I received a phone call From Anna informing me that my watch had arrived!

I don t normally write reviews but wanted to show my respect to a wonderful family run business. Have been wanting a Rolex for my dads retirement after working together for 27 years.. registered my interest (like at all Rolex dealers) and was so happy when I received the call. During the summer I decided to book an appointment at Pragnell Mayfair boutique after reading some great reviews about this Rolex AD and Jewellery.
Well, I can confirm that if you are looking for serious professional attention and fine customer service, Pregnall is the right place for you. We all know about Rolex watches, but they also have stunning jewellery displays in their new expanded showroom.
There I had the please to meet Mike Dewey. We had a fantastic informal chat and he showed me some of the display items. But I had one in mind the two tone submariner (Bluesy). I have always wanted to have one. A stunning timepiece, and so I registered my interest. Last week or so, I had a call from Mike telling me that they had one stock and available. I was over the moon, I could not believe it. This past Thursday I went back to Pragnell in Mayfair where Mike was waiting for me to hand over my new Submariner. I was so excited! The last time I had the pleasure to buy a Rolex was back in the mid 90s. This time was different! A fantastic looking boutique, in the heart of Mayfair in London and looked after a fantastic gentleman “Mike Dewey” and team. Thank you for make me feel so special! You have been AMAZING! We visited Pragnall in Stratford for the first time on Saturday. We were looked after, exceptionally well, by Marc Gillings. He took my details and showed us the watch I’m particularly interested in purchasing. Afterwords he gave us a tour of the showroom, walked me through some alternative models and demonstrated several very impressive pieces, watches and jewellery. Marc is a really knowledgeable, nice guy. I highly recommend a visit if you’re in Stratford, amazing showroom, cool building and a great location. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a jeweller, AD or grey market.
