Birthday present for brother. Reasonable cost, good quality bourbon with tasting notes included made a fun present for my brother.

PourMore is always late shipping the products each month. The bourbon so far has been good and enjoyable, but the shipping alone has me very frustrated and ready to find a new company.

We absolutely loved every bit of this business! My husband loved the interesting and distinct bourbons and I appreciated the way they were packaged and how the bourbons were described. I loved that they came from all over the country and he loved the flavors! There was a snafu with the renewal of our subscription. I thought I’d canceled effectively, but got charged for a renewal. I contacted customer service via email and they responded efficiently within a day or two. They solved the problem immediately and I couldn’t be more grateful! Because of this, I will absolutely consider another subscription in the future - our case just can’t hold any more bourbons right now! Thank you for being awesome, pour more!

Delivery was never on time. 3 times Inhad to call to get delivery made. Also the first delivery was bourbon I could have picked up for less than $30.

These guys are great tried another "club" and had a terrible experience

Shipping wasn't consistent or reliable so I had to cancel my subscription

So far its been great flavor notes are on que my man has enjoyed every bottle so far and we are excited for more

They were late to ship a shipment, it got sent to a UPS address and we weren’t notified of which location, and they shipped the wrong item. Furthermore customer service was so delayed and not even helpful.

EXCELLENT customer service.. Nicole is wonderful.. I have used Pourmore for gifts of bourbon and wine.. you won't be disappointed..

Have some deliveries he like and some he does not. Its a great way to explore outside your comfort zone. He shares the delivery day experience with his BFF ❤️

When I signed up my husband for the subscription, I thought he’d get a variety sent to him every other month. However, last month we got the same whiskey we received in January.

I was a little disappointed that I didn't relieve any bourbon from Kentucky. I was hoping that I'd be able to add more choices to my collection, but the bourbon I recieve lacked the fullness of all the current kentucky bourbon I've tried In the past. The service was ok. But I only reviewed one bottle on my last shipment instead of the 2 I was suppose recieve.

Every month I looked forward to getting a new bottle of Scotch. I was skeptical about liking a lot of them, but every month I loved the one more than the month before.
I would definitely do this all over again one day.

Pourmore's monthly bourbon subscription was FANTASTIC! I received many different "indie" bourbons that were all exceptional. The price was fair, the shipping was consistent, and the information sent along with the bourbon was a perfect read for each bottle. My bourbon of the month club was a gift and one of the best gifts I could have ever gotten!

We relocated and had to have our shipment held for a couples of weeks. Pour More Customer Service representatives were very helpful and we resumed service on the date they promised. It was a very pleasant experience with the Pour More Customer Service Team!
