Ring the doorbell
I ordered an electric scooter; there was a picture of the product on the box. When the delivery driver arrived, he never rang the doorbell. My order could have been stolen and I wouldn't have noticed.

Very unreliable company
Very unreliable company, customer service basically doesn’t exist. It’s impossible to contact living person or get any help. Package is lost and I can’t even investigate why and where!!!!! If you send or receive important things choose different company with customer service which is ready to help. At postnord that’s not an option. It’s just ridiculous.
