Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which raises money for charities. Not only do our players win cash prizes, but good causes also receive essential support. Players sign up with their postcode and pay £12.50 per month. They are automatically entered into every draw and prizes are announced every day of the month. That's 20 draws a month for £12.50.
£1.8 Billion for Charities & Good Causes No less than 30% of the ticket price goes to charities, so our players know that they are helping amazing causes every single day. Our players are making a difference every single day by supporting a wide range of charities and good causes across Britain and around the world. To date, they’ve generously provided more than £1.8 Billion in funding which is helping thousands of organisations and projects. Catch up on all the latest charity news.

I previously participated in the word game Reval on a daily basis; however, I subsequently observed that the gameplay became significantly more challenging. Upon reviewing a screenshot of the results, I identified that the provided solutions could not be formed using the available letters. I contacted PCL, who acknowledged a systemic issue and offered an apology. This incident raises concerns regarding the frequency of erroneous outcomes in the past. Additionally, I noted that the completion bonus was not consistently awarded, even when the requisite conditions were met.
Furthermore, several individuals I consulted, all from different postcodes, reported receiving an identical £5 win at the same time shortly after registering, which appears inconsistent with random distribution. I submitted a Freedom of Information request to inquire about the percentage of users receiving this specific win within their first month. Unfortunately, as PCL is a private entity, they declined to provide this data, which further undermines my confidence in the platform. Consequently, I have cancelled my subscription due to a lack of trust.

Absolutely annoyed at receiving Junk Mail ‘Future Player’ i wont be playing as you donate to fund migrants who shouldn't even be here!
I have subscribed direct debit. Paid £12.50. And it kept showing as if I am not a member. Every time I logged in, it kept me saying options to get paid by direct debit, even I pay already. So decided to cancel.

I joined the post code lottery few months ago and last month decided to cancel it ,went on their website and tried to do that. somehow a message came through telling me that it is cancelled with a email coming from a company called Postclic !!! I was charged 79 p. Since then it charged me another £43:12 twice. I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of it and found out my subscription hasn’t been cancelled and post code lottery taken another 50 pound since then. So be aware that a scam is going on and don’t have anything to do with a company called Postclic.com.

All that glitter is not gold.
Just £12 win here and there or £15.
Years of subscription money just going to.....
No hope.
Am cancelling. Just a false hope.
So much money is spent on advertising. Two subscriptions.
Customer service n staff are nice. No complaints on them.
Won't go all the way to say, it's a scam. But No hope.

I called Postcode Lottery to change my bank details. The staff (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) who answered my call and processed my request was friendly and helpful. We had a good conversation about the draws, prizes and the benefits to all the charities. It’s not all about winning. Thank you.

I couldn’t use the form online as it wouldn’t let me choose my address, so therefore couldn’t continue.
In the other hand, the young man I spoke to was very nice and did not put any pressure on me to stay. Full marks to him!
