Having placed an order and not received a confirmation email, or my goods a week later I then read these reviews and panicked (a bit the wrong way around I admit).
I didn't receive a reply to my e mail but I rang the mobile number and the guy answered straightaway. There was a delay due to insufficient stock but a week later my goods arrived, all complete. OK not the best for customer service but in my case this company did deliver without too much fuss.

Shocking, they sent the wrong products and refused to respond to emails, and telephone calls we are now out standing all monies - you should be ashamed

I purchased a stainless steel handle from this seller. The funds were taken immediately. After waiting 2 weeks I attempted to contact the seller. The phone number provided rings without diverting to voicemail. Emails go un-answered. Even text messages don't do the trick.

I managed to get through to the seller on email, they promised the handle would be sent. It wasn't.

I called several times and eventually got through to Chris Griffin - the business owner. He promised to send the handle as soon as possible. He didn't.

Three months later I have instituted a claim with PayPal.

Stay well clear of this site!

I ordered and received a full set of handles from Posh Knob. The order was slightly delayed so I attempted to contact them, when I got no answer I searched for reviews. The reviews sent me into a panic, however I was called later that afternoon by Chris and assured that the goods would be received and the delay was caused due to incorrect stock being deleivered. Chris was true to his word and the handles were received and actaully better than they appeared online. I would use them again. They are a little hard to get hold of, but once Chris explained why given the, location of the wareshoue and cell coverage, I understood. Perhaps just a note to that affect on the website would aleviate any fears but as I said, I would definitely use them again.

I ordered a bin set from the site. It didn't arrive and, apart from the initial automated order confirmation, there was no correspondence. I emailed, called them on the phone (no answer, mailbox full) but was unable to make contact. I then saw the many bad reviews here and elsewhere. I also tried to contact them via other linked companies but had no luck. Fortunately I had paid via PayPal so made a claim. The only reason I have given them two stars as opposed to one is because they honoured my claim and refunded me the money without further need of contacting PayPal. However, I could have saved myself the trouble. Others who have paid via debit card are unlikely to be so lucky. The absence of a physical address and the amateurish look of the website should have tipped me off. So, don't order from them. There are plenty of decent people out there who will keep up their end of the bargain.

I ordered 2 sample handles and paid with PayPal. Never received goods. .no respose to emails or phone messages. Raised PayPal dispute still no response. Raised a claim and was refunded by neatline.co.uk a newly formed company...possibly should be avoided if connected?

Ordered one handle and paid in advance - received two smaller handles of a different design. No documentation was provided and emails are completely ignored.

I ordered a set of kitchen waste bins to go in a drawer at £42.00 and received after 2 weeks a black swing bin, price £26.40 At first I thought this was a genuine mistake, until I tried to use the website to find out how to contact them, or return goods. Then I checked some review sites - bad news. I phoned to ask for a replacement, but only got answer phone. I mailed stating the problem, referring to the two items on the website and asking for the correct items to be delivered and the wring one to be collected. I received a reply form 'Chris' saying he would check it out. I chased this up after a couple of days, but despite several further mails have had no answer. OK, I've not lost much and should have checked reviews first, but take my advice, do NOT use this company. They may appear to be a bit cheaper, but do you want to take the risk?

Do not use this company. They take your money, never send goods, never respond to communication. Get them on Rogue Traders.
