A horrible company ignoring residents complaints.
They should be highly regulated and fined every time they lie to complains

I had a mechanical with a fused speed play pedal while cycling through Bowness. Without a fix it would have been train home time. We found Port Bikes and stopped by to see if Rod could help. Rod welcomed us into his workshop, lent us the required tools and was overall super friendly. Highly recommended. If you live in the area you should try Rod for your bike mechanic needs.

Excellent service and very professional. Took my Cannandale cross bike in for a wheel repair and chain ring replacement. Quick efficient service. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone who needs any bike repairs. Also took in my Wilier road bike which had issues with gear changes and brakes. Again great service.

Called Roddy who was able to see my sons bike at short notice at a very reasonable price. He fixed the fault and also gave the bike a once over checking everything was how it should be. I will use him again and will recommend to others
