Great service. Couldn’t believe the sample size and that they were free to deliver. The quality of the tiles were amazing and I can’t wait to kit out the kitchen with such a beautiful product.

I ordered a few sets of samples of porcelain superstore for my kitchen splash back. The samples came and were the correct size which made a huge difference to my choice as I could see exactly what the tiles would look like. Delivery was also incredibly quick and there was customer service follow up which doesn’t happen with other companies. Great experience.

I ordered samples and they arrived quickly and looked brilliant, will be ordering to use on my bathroom floor!

I have received sample tiles and have spoken to 2 customer service operatives. John followed up with an email offering any help, support or with placing an order. I explained that I had chosen the tile I like and will place an order as well as the tiler who can start on the works early September. Overall service is excellent . Thank you John for your care and attention.

The tiles themselves are just what im looking for as I am in the process of renovating a 1930s bungalow which is a labour of love. I shall definately be placing an order!

Samples arrived as promised and we are currently deciding on which one to go with.

Checked for broken tiles no problem, the tiler installed the tiles and we discovered that most of the tiles had glazing errors. Basically got a lot of 2nd rate tiles and there's nothing I can do about it. 57 gbp a square meter as well!

Just received superb service from Liz in the office and John in the warehouse. i had a query about my order and it was handled so efficiently. John called me to check something on my order, then I asked about delivery, he went to check again for me and then called me back to confirm. How brilliant. How refreshing to have such good service . They went out of their way to make this work for me. Thank you!

Ordered samples and they never arrived. Ordered a second time and they still never came. Guess I’ll be buying tiles from elsewhere

We're blown away by the super service of Porcelain Superstore who, from start to finish, have been professional, friendly and reassuring. We began by needing our bathroom flooring redone and ordered a selection of samples from PS, any of which would have been great, but we chose Chateau Blend. When the tiles arrived they were gorgeous! Strong, good quality and such lovely colours; just like on the website but better. The bathroom looks so great that we ordered more tiles to do another room that's now being renovated and I can safely say that PS is our go to for tiles now. Add to that the contacts with them have been perfect, reliability to a T and the price is right. I don't generally give reviews but this one is a must as the company is a gem.

Customer service is absolutely excellent, this is directed at Emily who has been incredibly helpful. Tiles are fantastic quality and very happy with the purchase. As others have mentioned, there is a huge delivery fee for small orders which is quite off putting!

This is a samples review. Was very impressed with the generous offer of 4 and the speed of delivery . This did help us decide on the final choices we made. Although we did not buy for current project, we have kept some samples that may be useful for next year.

Was slightly concerned after reading a few negative reviews on here but my experience was completely different. Tiles arrived on time, when Emily said they said and look great in my new extension!

Awful delivery experience! Told us on the day last week they can’t deliver our item and it was rebooked for a week later with no time slot. Waited all day until 6pm and still hasn’t turned up. This is adding significant delay to the project and cost! Where is it?!

Disappointing experience and unfortunately not for the first time.

In March this year I ordered an item from Porcelain Superstore that was shown as being in stock. I paid for the item and paid extra for a specific delivery date. After waiting several weeks with no delivery and no update I contacted customer services and was eventually told that the item was not actually in stock. I requested a refund.

Having assumed this was a one-off issue I recently ordered exactly the same item again. Once again the website showed it as being in stock, I paid for the item and I paid extra for a specified delivery date.

Once again the item was not delivered.

More frustratingly there was no communication to advise me of any problem. It was only after I contacted customer services well after expected delivery date that I was informed the item was not in stock. I was then told that nobody could tell me when new stock was expected or when the order might be fulfilled.

The issue is not simply that an item is unavailable. Stock discrepancies can happen. The real frustration is that customers are allowed to purchase products that are apparently not available, are charged for delivery and then receive no proactive communication when the order cannot be fulfilled.

Customer service staff were polite when I eventually reached them but the overall process has been extremely disappointing. I have now had to request a refund for a second time for the same item.

Based on my experience I would be cautious about relying on the stock information shown on the website, particularly if you need an item within a specific timeframe.
