We were looking for specific tiles and could not find the style or colour that we wanted until I came across Porcelain Superstore. We ordered samples which were delivered super fast and were exactly what we were looking for!
We went ahead and ordered the tiles which were delivered ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, a number of tiles were damaged in transit but on contacting customer service, Emily promptly replied and helped with our query. Really great service! We cannot wait to finish our project now and are thankful for finding Porcelain Superstore.

After being recommended, I visited their website and placed an order for some floor tiles. Delivery was available in 3 days and they duly turned up in perfect condition. When placing the order I made a mistake with the delivery. I phoned them and was helped and had my mistake corrected with zero fuss(shout out to Lesley). Tiles are also great so I'm a very happy customer

Absolutely love the Zellige pearl wall tiles!! They look stunning in our new kitchen and so happy with the customer service from Porcelain tiles too always very responsive and deliver on time - thank you so much will be using you again!

Ordered tiles to be delivered on a specific day (£36 for delivery of 3 boxes of tiles!). Got notification that delivery is scheduled for the day between 8:00 and 18:00 so took a day off so I won’t miss it. Waited all day and tiles didn’t arrive. Email said I would he notified of any change - well, I wasn’t! Came to 18:00 and still no delivery or contact from them. Contacted them to be told they were scheduled to be delivered on the day - obviously, with no one in I had to cancel my order. Wouldn’t want to risk the loss of another day’s wages. Customer service wasn’t the nicest either.
Now I’m going to wait forever for my refund as they need to receive tiles back from their hub ?? Surely if they are in the hub the refund should have been processed straight away!
Oh, and you pay £36 for the delivery to the nearest kerbside so if you’re disabled or a female, prepare to carry heavy boxes to your home! They don’t tell you this until the day before your delivery is scheduled.
This company has a lot to improve.

The company redeemed itself after a delivery with many broken tiles. A second delivery was reported as damaged by the carrier so a third was sent and received overnight thanks to Lesley. Clearly there are problems in the warehouse but the support staff are excellent. I have my tiles so I am well satisfied.

We were looking for some special tiles which were proving impossible to find in the UK, and went through Porcelain Superstore to get these from a third supplier on special order. Porcelain Superstore have been great and very fast in getting us a quote for these and putting in the order for us. We've been talking mostly to Liz about this and her responsiveness has been excellent. Good customer service, a smooth journey from request to delivery, and a fairly reasonable price. Thank you!

Quite bad customer service - they deliver even smaller items in the big pallets, but when you ask drivers to take pallets back with them (as this is construction trash and can't be disposed as the residential waste and therefore you would have to call someone to take it away for £££) - driver doesn't want to do it.

Tiles ordered on Friday delivered Tuesday as planned. A special commendation to the delivery driver as he was so helpful .

The tiles were chosen from a free sample. They arrived exactly as advised in perfect condition. The look both elegant and unique in our kitchen and receive compliments from everyone who sees them. We are so happy with the company that we are now sourcing floor and wall tiles for our ensuite.

Terrible service, do not use, delivery is curbside only and you're left to move inside despite being of pension age! This is not clear when ordering, also you're left with a pallet to dispose of ! Well done great service. Will not use again!

Poor service from Porcelain superstore. Ordered tiles for delivery on a specific date but no notification they were not going to arrive. Receive an email the following day to say 'Good news, can deliver them a WEEK from today'. Needless to say that was not good enough. After a phone call I learnt that apparently the tiles were out of stock, and that weren't due in till the following week. No awareness of this when I ordered or when scheduling the delivery date. Only positive was that they processed my refund quickly, however now I am without tiles for this week! Disappointed :(

Sold me tiles they didn't have in stock but still think it's OK to hang onto my money!

Don't be fooled by their delivery date & stock as its still saying their available now despite them cancelling my order.

'Apparently my money is in the hands of the gods and could take upto 10days to be returned'

Legal advice underway & will be looking for compensation under the consumer rights act 2015.

Tiles are lovely and seem good quality but they charge an extra 30 quid for next day delivery (which would be fine) and then didn't deliver next day, despite being within the guidelines of the order. Sour taste in my mouth as no acceptance of responsibility on this when I emailed them about it - just citing unforeseen circumstances and being quite dismissive.

Awful service, gave me a discount voucher to use which expires 04/07/2024, go to use it and they use the American way of doing dates even though this is the UK, don't respond to emails ignoring the fact it should be honoured. Very poor customer service

Recently purchased some lovely tiles for my cloakroom. The whole process from ordering to delivery was straight forward and seamless, with no delays in delivery, and excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use again based on this experience.

Wish I had read the reviews - I ordered on wednesday the 27th of March - was given delivery date for the following Friday the 5th - which I could accept - there was a warning of a delay but was advused I would be kept informed. I have been given no information - the customer services is awful - I have emailed asking for tracking details which they are unable to supply which I think is ridiculous for such a high value order. They are blaming where I live - I am only 100 miles from Glasgow on the main A82 road in scotland. Still no tiles 2 weeks since ordering and not happy with the complete lack of help
