Simply the best popcorn company! We first tried the advent calendar, a brilliant option instead of chocolate, with amazing festive flavours! Then tried a shed selection. The sheds cute packaging make fantastic gifts for all ages, the flavour choices are amazing with such interesting options that have all been delicious! Delivery and ordering is fast and easy too. 5 star all round!

I moved to the UK recently to be with my partner, and we were spending Christmas together with her family. In America, we have a tradition of eating big tins of flavoured popcorn around the holidays, so I wanted to try and give them that experience. Popcorn Shed provided that and then some, not only did my package arrive before Christmas, the popcorn itself is delicious, without a doubt the best Popcorn I've ever had. I'm also happy to support a UK based business, will definitely be buying again :)

i purchased these bags of popcorn mistaking them for popcorn flavourings from Amazon. i wanted to return them in exchange for some popcorn flavourings but I cant as it says This item isn't eligible for return. even though I've not opened any of the bags

Popcorn Shed are excellent, the products and the Customer Service. Helpful, friendly, do their best, can't ask for more. Unfortunately, however they use the delivery company Evri who do not meet the same exacting standards and are massively letting the side down!

Recent dealings with the customer service team were terrific. Matthew N (Operations, Finance and Customer Support Executive) was very responsive and helpful and assuming this is representative of the company ethos then it gets a big thumbs up from us.

The popcorn they have is great, but because they use Evri as their delivery provider, you can imagine how that goes. A few weeks later and I still don’t have the order.

Unfortunately for Popcorn shed, they will be added to the list of other companies who also use Evri that is pointless to buy from.

The popcorn is next level! The gingerbread flavour is immense! The goats cheese, just spot on! Really great quality and always excitedly received by all the family.

Delivery was very quick and the flavours are great. I also purchased the vegan advent calendar and the Christmas flavours are delicious…I’ve already finished them and it’s not even December. I guess I’ll need to buy another one!

I bought 3 x birthday cake popcorn as a gift for my sister’s birthday. Opened a pack for myself… and proceeded to eat the pack!

Placed an order 20th May 2022. Order was a small congratulations gift, I placed it knowing the 2-5 day delivery would be the perfect timescale. Almost 2 weeks later, still no delivery. Double Bank Holiday now upon us, realistically no sign of this arriving until next week, 2 and a half weeks after placing my order and 2 weeks after the event I was offering congratulations for. In addition I keep receiving marketing emails asking me to try particular items. I'd settle for receiving what I actually ordered! Customer service extremely poor, various excuses given initially, now they don't even bother to reply to my emails. Pretty sure this item will never appear and nobody from this company will respond to me. Leaving this review as extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is incredibly rare these days to encounter such dreadful service and I'm posting this to try and prevent others having the same awful experience.

I ordered a birthday tin for my nephew’s birthday. I was advised it would be delivered within 5 working days. However, after ordering on 11/5 it was, finally, delivered on 23/5, well outside of dates given. Even more disappointing was that I had no knowledge that my nephew’s gift was 5 days late until I had a had a note saying it had been delivered. So my nephew and family had assumed I’d forgotten this year! Awful. I sent an email explaining how disappointing my experience had been and, to date, no response at all. I really do try to support small businesses but when the service is poor and the customer service also reflects this then I have to support an alternative.

Great taste, creative flavours and packaging. My go too snack!! With a glass of vino in the evening

Great quality and flavours. This makes a great gift BUT the letterbox valentine box was covered in Popcorn Shed branding so it wasn’t much of a surprise after the intended recipient picked it up from the doormat. Maybe think about plain packaging for special occasion boxes.

my experience with this brand has been outstanding. they accommodated our needs with finding a very difficult flavour (salt and vinegar), which took me back to my childhood when i received it. their customer service is one of the best i have ever experienced and i cannot wait to purchase more!!

Purchased the popcorn Advent Calendar for our daughter. Contents delicious but both her and myself disappointed not one Berry flavoured packet, thought oh must be Christmas Eve, but no, not even a sniff. What a whizz!! Not happy.

The popcorn from Popcorn Shed is amaziing, it tastes out of this world. The little bags are just the right size for one person, and not too many calories too. The flavours are many and varied the birthday cake is just like eating cake!!
