Highly recommend IMD Fulfilment
We’ve been using IMD Fulfilment for a few years now and they’ve honestly made life so much easier. Our product is big and awkward to handle, but the team have been great from the start and always find solutions.

Getting set up was straightforward, everything links smoothly with our online stores, and B2B orders are really easy too. Since moving over, we’ve been able to focus on growing the business while they handle the hard stuff.

They’re responsive, professional, and just really easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We have used IMD for nearly 14 years…

We have used IMD for nearly 14 years now, and our loyalty to them is proof of the dedication they put into each & every one of their customers. The communication has always been excellent, with someone on the telephone or email responding to your query within minutes, literally. They can also adapt their methodologies to your specific needs so nothing is never impossible. Just ask, and the likelihood is that Paul, Jake & the team can accommodate your request at short notice. The service is brilliant. Yes, some mistake may happen every blue moon. But these are human & rare and it's the way the team deals with them & rectifies things that matters most. And... it would be no different in any other Fulfilment house. We have tried. Overall, we are a VERY satisfied customer & we couldn't recommend them enough. Loic, Pancake World Ltd

I've been using IMD for about 18 months…

I've been using IMD for about 18 months and find them the most helpful and proactive fulfilment house I've ever worked with.. always answer the phone go out of their way to fix any problems that arise and generally feel like they're part of my company ... highly highly recommended.
