Sadly, this is no longer a genuinely British-made brand — and the change in ingredients has made my dog poorly. I won’t be using it any longer. I’ve switched back to Harringtons — still made here in the UK with good, honest ingredients I trust. It just goes to show how much difference sourcing and recipes make to our pets’ health.

We absolutely love pooch and mutt. There is such a variety to choose from. We especially love the treats and grab them whenever we can.

Obi absolutely loves Pooch & Mutt! Her current favourite are the newest freeze dried treats! Always super quick delivery.

We chose p&m to feed our little wynnie when she arrived home! Shes 2 now and she is obsessed with anything and everything pooch&Mutt, from dental sticks to food supplements to her wet and dry food. Anything else she turns her nose up, I couldnt recommend pooch and mutt any more if I tried. 5* food and customer services.

I currently only order the treats from Pooch & Mutt, but they have quickly become a firm favourite in our house — my dog absolutely loves them!

The treats are great quality, and I love that there’s a good range to choose from. Every time the Pooch & Mutt bag comes out, my dog knows exactly what’s coming and gets very excited!

I’ll definitely be trying some of their other products in the future. A great brand for very happy dogs!

My dogs absolutely love pooch and mutt. From their beef jerky to their dental stick and kibble ranges it’s definitely a hit in our house!

We’ve been using Pooch & Mutt for over a year now. My Bella used to be a really fussy eater and struggled with a sensitive tummy but since swapping to Pooch & Mutt we have a clean bowl every time and significant improvements with her tummy! She loves the food, treats and bone broth! And it’s really helpful how quick their delivery is! I can order at 7pm and the food arrives the next day! Such a great service.

We have used Pooch & Mutt for our two dogs for a number of years and our food absolutely love it! Delivery is super speedy, and I've only had delivery issues twice, which was sorted promptly.

Unfortunately the 10kg bag of Renal specialised food was unavailable because of a production issue

Jess went way above and beyond to firstly make sure I could order 5 x 2kg bags at the equivalent price, but, when they were also, unsurprisingly, sold out, she moved heaven and earth to find one bag to tide me over that arrived free of charge in time to keep my dog fed. She deserves a medal!

My dog absolutely loves Pooch & Mutt food! 🐾 He gets so excited at mealtimes and always finishes his bowl. It’s great to see him enjoying his food so much, and I love knowing he’s getting something nutritious and good quality. We’re definitely big fans of Pooch & Mutt in our house! ❤️

I order regularly and recently experienced an issue with a damaged parcel, salmon oil had leaked which as you can imagine, didn’t smell the best, the courier was furious and even although it was completely out of p&m control, Nadia could not have been more accommodating, so apologetic and ordered a replacement with added goodies without hesitation. Excellent, professional service and thank you so much for being so kind 🥰

I wrote to them in March on their contact form on their website. I emailed them too. I never got a reply. I'm a pensioner and I lost a lot of money on a big parcel of dog food I ordered. It came just as my dog's pancreatitis flared up again and our vet said he mustn't eat any wet dog food. I've still got it unopened in the hall. I'm really upset because I don't know what to do with it and it's a lot of money. I have to feed my dog on home cooked food now. My vet can verify this. My dog's immune system was damaged after being attacked by two big dogs outside our local Lidl. He survived it but he got pancreatitis and nearly died. I was trying to find low fat food for him, but it flared up again just after I ordered a parcel from you. I will go to the bank and see if I can get a refund that way.
