Just tried the pooch and mutt new hemp oil and my dog loves it. We have a very active Jack Russell who gets super anxious at loud noises so naturally thought this oil would be perfect as it’s from the calm and relaxed range. Tried it for just over a week now and it already seems to be working. Our dog isn’t as reactive to certain things as he was before. Looking forward to seeing what long term benefits this does to.

Honestly amazing customer service, there was a mistake in delivery and I emailed them, they were on it immediately! I got everything I needed.

I had to cancel an order after it was placed and almost delivered, they immediately responded and had the driver return it!! Insane dedication, I am so grateful honestly from my experience, amazing company

I love Pooch and Mutt! It is super quick and easy to order and the delivery comes very fast. My dog loves it and because of his allergies we needed to find a food that would work well for him and the Health and Digestion food has!

I have to agree with other customers ref the subscriptions, it’s haphazard and works only for them, my first subscription arrived with no problems, 2nd one I paid for they then said they didn’t have it available (no alternatives offered or email contact) just you’re not getting it! A few weeks later (after I’ve subscribed with a different company, Omni) I get and email on a Sunday evening saying thanks for my order, monies taken out of my bank account and obviously too late to cancel. I emailed them that night but the food was delivered on Monday, got an email from them on Tuesday saying reject the parcel when it comes!! Told them I want to return it, they say they’d sent me a reminder email, here’s the fun part, they send their emails at 3am in the morning and then have proof it’s been delivered therefore I am liable for the returm postage cost on. 2 x 12.5 kg bags of food 🤬🤬🤬🤬 absolute scammers, avoid at all costs.

My dog is super fussy and he absolutely LOVES pooch and mutt treats. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family because not only do they offer treats for dogs they also have cat treats too as well as accessories and toys. Their Instagram page is very responsive and I will be continuing to buy their products. Their delivery is very quick too 😊

The new hemp oil is brilliant!! I love seeing the new products that Pooch and Mutt are bringing out - plus my 3 dogs and 1 cat love all of their products!

After months of trying to find a food that suits both my dogs with health issues, we finally found it with the calm and relaxed food. My boys are calmer and far more focussed when training and I put it all down to the fantastic standard of food.

Had an undelivered issue and Nadia dealt with my enquiry in a timely and customer friendly manner. Really impressed and appreciative of the personal touch which included a free re delivery.

We love Pooch and Mutt, they have such a variety to choose from and the ingredients are carefully selected to support our dogs health!

Sadly, this is no longer a genuinely British-made brand — and the change in ingredients has made my dog poorly. I won’t be using it any longer. I’ve switched back to Harringtons — still made here in the UK with good, honest ingredients I trust. It just goes to show how much difference sourcing and recipes make to our pets’ health.
