My dog loves Pooch & Mutt treats, especially their dental sticks! As soon as the bag comes out she is on her best behaviour and drooling all over the floor in anticipation! She absolutely loves them!

Pooch&Mutt's products have really helped my dog, who is anxious, which has a result comes across as 'reactive' Their Calm & Relaxed range have really helped in reducing this and the new Hemp Oil is a blessing.
Delivery is always quick and everything is well packaged. The quality is amazing and i know this is a brand i can trust

Would not use any other food / treats for our dog

Our golden retriever has a very sensitive stomach. He grew up on Royal Canine and we always wanted to change it because of how poor it was nutritionally. We tried so many foods but he either wouldn’t eat them or they upset his stomach. Pooch and Mutt Health and Digestion kibble has saved us. Hugo absolutely loves it without any cheese on top! And it doesn’t upset his stomach. Plus it’s so affordable!! 100% recommend for any fussy pups out there with sensitive tummies.

I got locked into a subscription without even knowing about it. When I realised what had happened, I logged in and tried to cancel — and I thought I’d done it successfully. But then I started getting monthly packages anyway.

I went back in and deactivated the subscription again, properly this time… and still the parcels kept turning up! Their website was basically refusing to let me cancel at all — it wouldn’t release me from the subscription no matter what I did.

In the end I had to send them a big formal complaint by email. And even now, they still won’t take any responsibility for it

This Pooch & Mutt wet food really suits my schnauzer who can be prone to upset stomach. She really enjoys mealtimes and I now only feed her this food and have done for the past 6 years with great results.

Great service and very fast delivery. All four dogs are loving the meaty treats. We also use salmon oil and dental powder daily and have noticed such a difference in their teeth and coat

Since we adopted our (now nearly 12) year old jack Russell almost a year ago she was being sick at least once/twice a week with no real indication as to why, couldn't put weight on and wasn't really interested in her food most of the time. so after some research I tried her on pooch and mutt health and digestion and the change has been incredible. She is no longer being sick, has put on weight and is excited for every meal! No-one believes me when I tell them she's a senior. Thankyou from me and Bean the tiny jack

Excellent products and subscription service. My recent subscription delivery had one item missing. Advised pooch and Mutt immediately and problem was resolved within 24 hours by Nadia in customer service. She came across as very pleasant and professional in our email correspondence. A company's customer service is only as good how quickly they respond and resolve issues. Highly recommend.

After I had an issue ( of my own causing) with completing two profiles somehow. I found that my new subscription was about to be delivered to my old address. After contacting via WhatsApp I was lucky to be passed to Whitney who sorted everything in no time. She closed down the incorrect account, she arranged with the courier to change the delivery address so I could recieve my order to my new address. She then even ensured my new address was put as my default ( something else I'd done wrong.
On the products they supply..... My 18 month German Shepherd loves his health meals and to top it off I picked the subscription up with a discount.
