This company understands how to treat customers! My dog’s food got sent to my old address during our house move. My oversight.
Got in touch with Pooch & Mutt and Ellie arranged for the order to be reclaimed from the courier who said it couldn’t do so for me and also re booked the delivery for the very next day to our new home. One very happy dog. One very happy dog owner. Fantastic work. Thank you!

not replied to my emails and have since asked for a refund and still no reply. need to improve customer service. lost a customer

Awful customer service ! Despite requesting cancellation of the subscription I got locked into as the food was unsuitable for my dog , they continued to take money from my account and send the order . When requested that they cancel , they still send the order with a follow up email asking do I want a return label? . No what I want you to do is stop taking unauthorised money from my account and sending goods I’ve already told you I don’t want ! - steer clear

I’ve recently started using Pooch & Mutt products for my little dachshund, Rolo, and I’m so impressed with the quality. The Calm & Relaxed supplement has been a lovely addition to his routine, especially while he’s still getting used to new experiences and settling into puppy life.

I love that the ingredients are thoughtfully chosen and that the products are made specifically with our dogs’ wellbeing in mind. Rolo seems to really enjoy it and I feel happy knowing I’m giving him something that supports him as he grows. 🥹🐶

The packaging is gorgeous too, and the whole brand just feels really premium. I’ll definitely be trying more Pooch & Mutt products for Rolo! 💕

I have been feeding Vinnie Pooch&mutt treats for years as he absolutely loves them and they have added health benefits! We also use the supplements alongside his food

Walter has had lots of pooch & mutt treats since he was a puppy and he can be very funny with what he likes and we have always found him to enjoy these, we also love the Dental Sticks and Salmon oil too

I needed to switch my dog's food recently and it really made me worried that I wouldn't be able to afford a good quality food for him. But I tried out Pooch and Mutt after hearing good things about them and I couldn't be happier. Spencer loves it!

Great dog food! We have been using Pooch and Mutt for our dog George for the last four or so years. They have a great variety of dry and wet dog food as well as supplements and treats. The supplements have been a great success, George is a mini poodle and we have read his breed can have tummy and gland issues but thanks to the supplements, we have come across no issues

We love the fast delivery if you get your order in early you can get it the next day. Luna has been having the salmon oil on her food daily and it’s really made a difference to her coat and skin.
Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used pooch & mutt products for years…… treats, food, supplements…. We started them on the supplements, both powder and tablets when bella was struck down with IVDD…. She’s been on them 4 years now, and hasn’t had a relapse, so hoping these have helped… but mine all love the products!!! Xmas advent calendars are always a hit!!!

Really happy with the new gravy range from the cat range Purr & Meow! My cat can be quite particular with her food, but she absolutely loves these. She’s been enjoying every bowl, and it’s great to have new food that she actually gets excited about! 🐱🐾

We love Pooch & Mutt! We have three dogs - 2 are on the Primal range, and one on the Puppy range. They all look forward to dinner time, and no upset tummies. Delivery is extremely fast, perfect for when you don’t realise you’re running low on food.

My fussy rescue dog absolutely loves his pooch and mutt food and treats. It's been super hard to find foods that he likes and that agree with his sensitive tummy. So glad we found pooch and mutt ❤️💫

We have a very fussy spaniel, who has tried and tested various food over the last few years. We moved to Pooch & Mutt about 5 months ago, to try their digestive friendly dry food and she is back to enjoying meals with no fuss!

We’ve been using pooch and mutt for quite a few years now and our dog loves it. we love how versatile it is and how much of a variety there is. Having a dog with a severe allergic to chicken as well as gastrointestinal issues has proved difficult in the past when trying to get food he likes and will eat, however with pooch and mutt we don’t have to worry about dinner time.

Been using Pooch and Mutt for 6 years now and can honestly say that in that time I have had no issues with delivery, products & availability. They have a wide range of food and treats and my whippets get on very well with all of the products which do not affect their very sensitive tummies. Always have great offers & discounts too.

Easy to order, super fast delivery. My dog loves the dry food and the toppers. Such a good range of treats and chews. There is nothing he has not liked 😋!!

Pooch & Mutt have been great!
Our rescue pup loves their food and treats. We started our rescue on Calm & Relaxed dry food when she arrived to us as a foster to help her through a stressful time, Bella did really well settling into our home.
Their treats are great, I love that they benefit or dogs health whilst being a great training great too!
