I purchased a sofa and chairs from SCS in Mansfield and it's the biggest load of rubbish ever. Appalling customer service. Once they have your money, you are on your own. Not at all seriously interested in resolving the huge amount problems caused by not fit for purpose furniture, not only me but thousands of disgruntled customers. My problem started a few days after delivery on 1st of October 2025. Where I sit, there is very large dark mark on the cushion, lots of creases and sagging foam in the cushion. SCS sent someone out to look at, very none committal in his comments. Took a few photos of the problem and I imagine sent them to his boss , then phoned his boss to discuss the problem and his boss concluded that it was normal wear and tear on a sofa only 7 weeks old, looks more like 10 plus years old. My last sofa was 20 plus yrs old was in much better condition than the new one. I'm initiating a charge back on my credit card. SCS have 14 days to resolve the issue before the bank gets involved. I'm hoping for a total refund of my monies. Nice furniture to look at and that's all I can say about it, definitely not fit for purpose.

Your store was very busy on that date and we had to wait for more than 15min to be assisted.
Other than this your staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Akis was really helpful.

We were helped with making a good choice all through. The sales person that assisted us was very kind, informative and understanding. The only criticism I can make is in the price. While on the shop window it stated that sale was at 40% we were only given a 15 % discount.

Excellent range of sofas. Could not leave without making a purchase. We are very happy with the recliner we chose. Exceptional service from Dora, she made us feel very welcome, she helped us decide on the right colour/style.

Maurizio really understood what we were looking for and gave us all the available options with great care and understanding. We are really grateful we encountered him as he really is a great salesman.

The worst spent 2k for L-shape sofa. Firstly the sofa never stand straight as 2 pieces of L were incorrectly settled. I also be been told that I can remove all covers and wash them. When I removed covers (with a huge hussle) I realized that the sofa is just a few pieces of foam lay down one on each other outed together thanks to the cover only. The cover I was unable to place back aż it was. It’s a tragedy!!!

I went to PoltroneSofá with the intention to buy a canape-lit for my studio. Xavier has been extremelly helpful in guiding my choise, explaining and letting me test the different matrasses and finishes for the couch. Despite my language barrier, i found an extremely welcoming and friendly environment, which made me feel at ease while configurating the canape. Top quality!

The manager there really helped us, gave us coffee, and fulfilled all of our needs and proposed ideas and other products we did not know we needed.

We bought a sofa 9 years ago from your store and even today looks perfect. The quality of your products is the main reason for us for buying again.

I don`t know what the company is doing well but the salesman Massimo is amazing was very surprised that he is italian and actually speaks maltese very very good english very very good and apart from you having a very nice showroom which helps when u actually see the product not like alot of other companies the salesman was the guy that convinced me to actually buy a very expensive sofa i hope the end result will not let us down

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Federica, who went out of her way to accommodate our wishes and help us find the perfect sofa. She was patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We also appreciated the warm hospitality — offering us coffee while we were making up our mind was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the service was exceptional and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The setup and design of the Shop, the greeting from the sales person, the offer of coffee, the feeling of "home". Everyting was a 10 out 10, very well though out. Akis the saleperson who welcomed us was amazing, knew all the products, he intercted with us in an amazing smooth and nice way, did not feel pushed or rushed, he was there to support us to make the right decision for what we wanted. Hope the final product in our home reflects the initial interaction with Poltronesofa.
