I am sorry that you feel this way, however I can see that the invoice was generated on Jan 18 and the payment was sent on Feb 22, so it is 2 days later not 2 months.

Vlada was a great sales agent and easy to comminucate with

I reached out to Polilingua for our company's translation service with some questions and got a reply very soon. Vlada was great! She answered all my questions with a lot of details and also attached files for my reference, which was very helpful. The trail translation came back fast as requested and the communication with Vlada was smooth and efficient throughout. 40% of my rating goes to Polilingua and 60% goes to Vlada! Thank you very much.

I have used Polilingua twice now over…

I have used Polilingua twice now over the past 3 years and I must say, this is the best translation service I have used. From where ever you are in the world you can just drop an email and get your documented translated in a couple of days. Very good turn around time and accuracy of documentation is guaranteed! Definitely my go to service.

Fantastic company

Very expensive for low quality

Very expensive for low quality.
I just had an extremely bad experience with PoliLingua and wouldn't recommend hiring them for a translation. Their prices are above market standards and the quality is low.
If you complain about the fact that the translation isn't good enough, you'll be told that it's your fault because you "don't know how to work with a translator" and that it's up to you to explain the mistakes. Even when you do explain said mistakes (19 mistakes in the first 6 pages), you'll be told that it's normal because it's "not a word for word translation" or that they didn't have time to correct typos. Mistakes about sentences that were misunderstood in the original text aren't about the translation being "word for word".
Apparently you also need to be fluent in the target language, in order to catch and explain the mistakes when they happen, otherwise you'll just have them in your translation. If you want a second person to read the translation and make sure it's correct, there will be a 40-50% increase on the price.
I'll give them that they're quick and polite, but the quality of the translation is just too low considering their high prices.

From the very first email exchange between us, we offered you our translation service + QA (the one you inquired about) and also recommended the TEP service (four eye principle), which is intended for any content that is to be published or printed. You opted for the translation service only and we negotiated the rate initially proposed. The final rate agreed upon was significantly discounted.
As we were about to start the translation, we offered to send you the translated content in batches as soon as it was done and you did accept it. For the first delivery, we received positive feedback: you said that everything is in order and the same feedback was sent to the translator.
The translator in charge is a native English speaker. Our company policy is to work with professional translators that are native speakers of the target language. That's why translator comments were always in English. In addition, we worked in tandem with our colleague who is also a native English speaker.
As soon as the second part was sent, we received feedback that you were not happy with the translation done so far. You asked for a refund of half of the amount, as at that time 75% of your book was already translated. Based on this, we offered you the options either to continue the work till the end by guiding the translator, if necessary, with instructions to be followed, or to refund you the unused balance.
Without any comment you accepted the refund.
We informed you that after the initial translation was done, the translator in charge would do an additional proofreading and some comments mentioned by you could be fixed. The first version was to give you a general impression of the quality of the text and to assure you that the work is progressing according to the schedule.
Books are translated creatively but not literally (word-for-word). We have reviewed the text with a third party. After checking a few pages randomly, the second linguist confirmed that the translation is of good quality. If something does not meet your expectations, we are here to help with it. The translator is open to guidelines and comments from the author. You mentioned that you do not see any options and that you require a refund. You have not given our translator a chance.
We have offered you a discounted rate at the start of the project and refunded you the unused balance. I am afraid this is the best we could do under the circumstances.

I can only recommend this company, because they reply quickly, I love the type of jobs I complete for them, and they pay my invoices on time. I worked with Project Managers Stanislav Braga and Vladislav Litviniuc.

Diploma evaluation/translation

I needed my diploma to be evaluated and translated from Russian to English. These guys did everything very fast and in a professional manner. Best customer service by the client service representative Beatrice. She answered all of my questions and were in contact all the time. Great company. Based on my experience definitely an A+! I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of translation services.

What great service!

My experience with this company was very positive. From the moment of placing an order to receiving my document they have kept me well informed of what was happening. There is a very fast turnaround for translating documents ( I had my draft document within 3 days).
I would highly recommend this company to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Spamming random emails with advertising

Sending unrequested advertising spam to random addresses without any former contact. When asked to be removed from the mailing list and to delete the data as per GDPR there is no response despite multiple emails. Bad business ethics, no respect for (potential ) customers.
