OWNER IS NOT AS NICE AS HE MAKES OUT TO BE…
First time I met the owner (Shar) at pole position he wasn’t nothing but nice and friendly, gave little tour of his office and explained future projects (mechanical courses) he had for women to help identify mechanical faults, I felt reassured that this was place to come with any issue and repairs with my mothers car and I would not get any issues as a women..,
The car was eventually booked in for a MOT which came back with faults as expected as I mentioned this when booking it in (engine management light & tyre warning light ) we were told repaired needed to be done as it would fail it’s MOT, this was paid for and repair done..
Few weeks later the tyre light came back on with an oil light..
I went back to query it only to be told to go else where to check tyres as it may be a puncture which I did and was told by kwik fit that the sensor was too low and needed to be repaired, I asked if this was something that would fail the mot he confirmed yes..
I then made several calls to speak to shar and was advised on several occasions he is not in the office but would pass the message on..
I then made a visit to office and waited for him to arrive. When he did arrive and he eventually acknowledged me. I explained about the car and also that I made several calls to which he replied he never got any messages from his assistant , I was met with nothing but patronising and condescending comments and told me that I was aggressive and that I was first to complain about his service, he had no interest in resolving the matter, I left emotionally exhausted by this man who supposedly prides himself on reliable good service especially women.
