We have just come back from Halifax motor town 3.5 hours each way . To buy a polestar 2 pictures looked good that's where it ended car was shocking looked like it was repaired in the dark .we where told the car was in excellent condition

Just watched this company on the sheriff's are coming, what a bunch of bullying people,the brothers running this firm a not fitt to run a bath

Changed thier name yet again to Easy Car Credit Halifax just to hide the terrible 1☆ reviews.Do your home work and you won't go anyway near them....!

Theses guys are pure SCUM! They do not care about anybody apart from there pockets! My nan went to this company and bought a car from them. When she found out it did not work she went back to complain and she was HIT round the head with a cricket bat! She later DIED that day with a severe brain damage! Absolutely DISGUSTING people! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESES C@%TS!!

Haaaaaaaaaaa these scammer were on the television scamming a young girl out of her hard earned money. Threatening the dept collectors that they will bring the boys to sort them out.. SHAME ON YOU... at least the young lady won her case.

I had an appointment to view a vehicle but fortunately I watched the sheriffs are coming, no way would I buy from those cowboys, or are they indians. ?

Do not and I will repeat this, do not buy any type of vehicle from these cowboys. I’ve had the worst experience in buying a car. I’m trying to sell the vehicle I purchased and have now realised they never sent my details over to dvla for them to send me my own logbook. They’ve completely screwed me over. So I’m begging people do not buy anything from this company go somewhere else you will not regret it.

I did warn you all about these clowns 3 years ago! Same old same old with these cowboys. They love a good sale with the cars fresh from auction and then when you get the car home all the gremlins come out! Worst 6 months of my life dealing with these mugs! If you do have problems with the car then just keep phoning them every hour of the day! They hate it cos it's stopping sales like they said to me. Only way you will get your problem resolved is pestering the life out of them! If you like the hassle and sleepless nights then crack on!

Avoid at all costs, bought a car and 3 years later still waiting for the service history (doubt they even had it), got the logbook a year and half after purchase. Awful communication and leaves messages read but no response.

Terrible. Bought a car from these clowns in 2019. Big mistake. Had numerous problems with it that cost me a lot of money.
When you approach them with a problem they are very skilful in fobbing you off.

Biggest regret buying a car from these had the car a couple of weeks and issues starting to show day by day,
Tried to con us out of money saying we put the wrong fuel in the car after getting proof from local petrol station that we didn’t they started to come up with other issues to blame us for the car going wrong,we had to pay for the car to be towed to the garage then they advised it needed going elsewhere and we had to pay for that as well, we decided after constantly battling with them to take it further and report them to the finical ombudsman as well as watchdog as it’s not the first time they’ve done this to people!!

I think they buy from auction and sell straight on, no work is done on them. No service, dodgy mot, no 5* breakdown and RAC warranty, 33 faults on OBD, low anti freeze, 1 door not locking, parking sensors not working, no manual - this is just what I can remember. Do not buy from here, I only wish I'd read the reviews prior.
If you have a problem they aren't interested, go to trading standards and quote CRA 2015, you have rights under that.
