It was cut and trimmed within 2 days of ordering it. Pleasant respectful men doing the work.

Plowz and Mowz started out really strong. I would get a text telling me when the lawn would be mowed and I would get a text (and often a picture) after the mowing had occurred. But that only lasted the first few weeks. After that, I never knew if or when they had come. I'm not sure if I will use them again next year or just get a lawn mower and do it myself.

Great group! Very pleased with their performance.

Easy, quick and efficient service!!

I contracted to have my law mowed on a Monday when I would be home, in May. During the rainy part of the month. Instead they showed up on a sat when I was not home. The company who did the mowing, mowed my neighbors lawn and turned the back yard into a racetrack. The yard looked like it belonged on a golf course. It was weed free and green The back yard had standing water when it was mowed.. The mower left very bad ruts in the lawn. It ripped parts of the lawn up. It should never of been mowed. I was not given the name of the company that did this. The company employee who did this said they would come back and fix the problem. They never did. I spoke with a supervisor and was told" we cant tell you the name of the company due to privacy issue, also cant tell the company( who did lawn) your name for privacy issues. I was given a small credit for a future service.

Attention to detail was evident. Excellent job!

We bought a house and on moving day we had a big snow storm. We went to our new house a few hours prior to the move and realized the snow was to deep in the driveway to shovel. We decided to try Plowz & Mowz. The process was super easy using their app. We left and within an hour, we were notified the job was done. They did a wonderful job. I was so glad I saw this business and gave it a try. Would definitely use again.

The company hired completely destroyed our yard last year. It cost us 3x as much to get everything fixed than the yard cleanup cost. I called and complained and was supposed to receive a refund but this never happened despite multiple calls and promises.

There is a complete disconnect between the reservation takers and the people who do the work. No matter what you have discussed with the work team, get it in writing. Work was not done as expected, items were broken - without any recourse.

The service is pretty good, but they need to develop more/better relationships with their contractors. I rehab houses and have had places less than 3 miles apart that they said they couldn't get someone to do (for weeks). This seems kind of odd, since after meeting one of their contractors by chance at a property he said he would be happy to do it.

Also, while using the app to check on things you have no choice but to wade through all of the jobs that have been finished and submit reviews for them and there is no way around it; I personally find that annoying. You also cannot delete properties from their system which makes things a bit harder to get through when you have 10 inactive properties mixed in with the active ones

Communication is stellar so that even in wet weather I know when the yard work will get done.

I like the app but... I don't like the payment process. Firstly, I enjoy choosing my own service and seeing the price before i agree to the service. What I dont like is I'm charged before the service is completed. In the FAQs it clearly states you will be charged after the service...Not true. I have received may services and according to customer service the amount is a "hold" until after service is completed..but it holds about 3 days then is approved and this could be a week before service is scheduled..that is what I dont like.

Overall the service was good. The companies chosen were either not as responsible as they should have been or had many machinery issues. Quite a few of the appointments were cancelled.

We love this service. Convenient and easy to schedule services and Plowz & Mowz is quick to respond to questions or help resolve issues. Recommend and already know we will be using them next year.

Fast thorough service we used during last years snowy winter. Reasonable prices. Sure made our life easier!

They never trimmed bushes. They only cut the lawn and poorly. They spun the tires in the grass EVERY time. So not what we wanted at our new home.
