The service was outstanding! The plants arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged, and delivered quickly. They were also very prompt in responding to my enquiry . I’m extremely satisfied. A quick note: I recommend using a computer to place your order on their website, as it can be a bit tricky on a small mobile screen.

This is the second time I have bought from Plants for Shade by mail order. Both times delivery was very quick and I was pleased with the quality of the plants. I think a small nursery like this offers better quality and value for money than the big mail order garden companies.

Excellent choice off plants for shade and excellent service. Have been let down by two companies during lockdown who promise delivery dates and then when the plants don't arrive, go uncontactable. But everything went perfectly with this company. The plants were easy to order, the instructions were clear and the plants arrived promptly, in very good packing and look very healthy. I am super pleased and will definitely order from them again

I was dubious about ordering plants online again as had some very dodgy ones a year or two back. I need not have worried, the plants are excellent. I needed ferns for specific positions in the garden. Ordered Monday and arrived today. Well packed, good job as the courier obviously can't read "fragile" or "this way up".

I bought approx 26 plants of 5 different plants. I found the specialised shady plant website really useful, came across some plants I hadn't thought of, especially ones for dry shade. The plants were well packaged, excellent condition and delivered quickly and efficiently. Trying to think of an excuse to buy more plants.
