Great products…great customer service

Item was delivered around 10 weeks late. I received just two emails in that that time. Both generic “Dear customer”
I paid in full for the product at time of order (Sep ‘23) and would have expected better customer service and an acknowledgement that I didn’t just cancel and get a refund.

The worst service and customer aftercare I have ever experienced! From quoting us at the MH show for what we asked for to then getting the order wrong and me having to pay more than agreed!! The order then took over a year to arrive and was dispatched in seperate parts so useless to us until it all arrived. Never again

Helpful and delivery was well packaged

Excellent fast service products packed safely and well.

We needed some tent poles repairing so rang PJ and spoke to Phil who said I could get them repaired while I waited as it was a longish drive to St Albans.

When I arrived at the shop everybody was very welcoming and they got on with the repair straight away. The shop is really well stocked and competitively priced.

Thanks so much to Phil & the team - the repaired poles stood up to high winds and rain very well during our last camping trip

Excellent product range and fantastic customer service !

Lots of excuses why my flooring and footprint arrived late. Had to pay extra for delivery as DPD said sorry they missed me and would deliver on Monday when I was on night duty. They never even knocked on the door on the Friday, I know this because I stayed in all day waiting for them.

When we purchased our awning and wind breakers, we informed the seller we couldn’t take delivery of the items until 7 x weeks later as we were on holiday. As arranged the items arrived on time.

Attended the NEC show and purchased wnd breakers but because the door panels weren't available we decided to have them all delivered at the same time but still haven't arrived after nearly 6 weeks of purchasing them emailed but was told there still waiting for the door panels really disappointed with the service

Useful assistance given at the show and very easy to deal with even when I wanted to change the colour of the tent.

Friendly staff at the NEC show , informative and helpful, the delivery was on time . Haven’t managed to use it as to date , so the proof will be in the pudding in the future

Ordered camping chairs and table whilst at caravan and motor home exhibition in Birmingham. Items were delivered OK, however table was damaged and for some reason they sent an extra chair. Contacted supplier and to their credit they quickly arranged to send a replacement and a pick up damaged table and extra chair.
