Jim Mitchell was a great help as I had a VERY tight restricted space to work cables and leads etc through behind a wall cavity and he was very patient and pleasant to deal with. I would think he deserves a pay increase for his patience alone and helping me overcome the challenges I had. (I struggle using the TV remote so ANYTHING techy is difficult for me and Jim was a gem as he was 'frank' about what needed to be done and how to do it and it really worked! :) Well done Jim.

Warren came to carry out a service to our franking machine at Pets at Home. He had previously been out to repair an issue and advised me a service was due. On both occasions he has been fabulous, each time explaining what he was doing so I was fully aware. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Warren for being a star :-)

Pitney Bowes engineers are very knowledgeable and run a very professional service. Equipment was installed without any issues. Training and Instructions regarding the new install were excellent. Any queries we had were answered straightaway.

I went on their website to try and resolve an issue. "we don't use bots we use real people on chat!" they make a big point about splashing on the website. Well, the real people are less helpful than a chat bot. "sorry i can't help you with that" - cuts me off before i have a chance to fully explain my issue, at least a bot says "is there anything else". So I try again - near enough same response, completely pointless having a chat service if you refuse to help people. I have had customers also complain about this same issue as well that they can not contact anyone who is willing to help them, despite being told "contact pitney bowes".

Over the years, our franking machine engineer Neil Strotton has become something of a legend in the office. Not just a fixer of machines, but a steady, reliable presence who swoops in whenever our postage dramas get a bit too ambitious.
No matter how many times we’ve managed to confuse the machine (and ourselves), he’s always patient, good-humoured, and somehow never judges our increasingly creative troubleshooting attempts. Each visit is efficient, professional, and oddly reassuring, like seeing an old friend who just happens to be brilliant with franking machines.
He explains things clearly, fixes problems quickly, and leaves everything working better than we remember it ever being. Honestly, if loyalty points existed for engineers, he’d have redeemed a holiday by now.
A genuinely lovely person and an absolute expert, always a pleasure to deal with.

We received great support with our Hybrid mail portal. We print most of our business mail externally off site, which saves us time and also means we can print and send mail from anywhere, avoiding the need for our staff to drive into the office.
