Astoundingly poor service. It takes two weeks or more to receive a package, even after multiple reminders. The silver lining? They no longer blame their customers—just fail to deliver as promised. No improvements over the past year. Avoid this company if you can. 1/10.

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced any inconvenience. Please note that shipments from Poland to Lithuania typically arrive within one business day. However, for the parcel to be dispatched or prepared for pickup, the recipient must place a shipping order in their account and complete the payment for shipping costs.

I worked with them for about three years, and everything was fine until last year. Recently, it feels like the staff is made up of inexperienced individuals. Every time I inquire about my packages or when they will be added to my account, it seems like there’s an intentional delay.
They previously mentioned that parcels from Germany would arrive within 2-3 working days. My packages, including a Christmas present, arrived at the PirkEU warehouse on December 11, but nothing has changed since then—they are still there. To make matters worse, they’ve stopped responding to my emails.

Your shipment can be left near closed doors and taken by any average John.
The service is unreliable 4900 euros parcel is gone. Seur states it was delivered. PirkEU cannot contact their warehouse partner, no response from the partner three days already.
They do not have any warehouses abroad they just purchase services from very weird and strange B2B logistics companies.
You can check "so called" their warehouses on google street it is just buisiness partners.

To determine why the parcel was not delivered, we recommend contacting the seller directly, as pirkeu.lt unfortunately does not receive such information from the courier services when we are not the sender of the parcel.

I've been using this service for the past several years. Hundred of packages received from various countries. Not a single issue. Prices are really good. All the data regarding weight to price ratio is on their website. One of my most favorite services.

Unreliable. Lost my package and pretends that it is my fault. Customer support is the worst - ignores emails, chats, etc. In the end when I called them about the problem, they repeat the same sentence and don't listen to what you actually say.

WARNING! They confessed that they have lost my package, I submitted a claim, after which I can no longer contact them. I also submitted a claim to the Estonian Consumer Protection. AVOID at all costs!
