Rude female manager and shoddy food!

We arrived early today with the woman manager shouting to staff that no one was to be served as we entered at 9. We sat waiting around for 10 mins then the dark haired manager called us up to be served what I can only describe as a cold tasteless breakfast. A young member of staff asked the manager 3 times what she wanted her to do and was ignored. I heard the poor girl quite plainly. She answered in an abrupt voice telling her to get a cloth to clean. Her manner was very abrupt. She then spoke down to another member of staff.
I spoke to a couple by the side of us who said their breakfast was cold too and were never returning as the manager was so rude. The toilets weren't clean and the toilet seats were hanging on by a thread. An accident waiting to happen!!!!
I'm writing this because if that was my family being spoken to in that way I would be taking them out of there. Not nice when you witness behaviour like this from a grown woman. It ruined our day! What shoddy service and a horrible atmosphere. I get we all have bad days but I felt so sorry for the youngsters there. She needs a stern talking to!

very disappointing experience

been here many times for breakfast and dinner, popped in over the weekend for breakfast, was told the breakfast had changed and couldnt order the usual one I have, instead had to order two small (5 items each), this was still smaller than the normal 12 item breakfast I usually have there, price had gone from just over £5 to £7.90 I'm guessing this sudden change was because Wales were playing Australia in the rugby that day? then to top it off the bacon was hard and cold (thus uneatable) , the hash browns over cooked and cold and the beans were warm, a truly disappointing experience and one I won't be keen to repeat, they should have taken the posters down and updated their website and some tips on customer service for their front of house staff wouldn't go a miss (staff usually very good but disappointing on this occasion).....

21/12/21 UPDATE - walked past the restaurant and much to my surprise the 12 item breakfast is back on the menu. Just surprised the lies told by staff at the time last month.... guess they are Boris Johnson fans they lie so well.
