Poor food tonight

Really poor food tonight in Grill and Oven Dinas Powys. Lacked flavour, was undercooked. The chicken tikka that was on the menu before was outstanding. The chicken skewers used now are tasteless and fatty. Such a disappointment, we loved coming here.. You need to rethink the menu. It was so nice before, we ate here regularly, we definately won't be back for a while. My son had said the chicken was different and wouldn't go back. Sadly we feel the same way. Such a shame!

All started well but.....

All started well. Until the 3rd experience. I asked for no sauce and sure it looked like it had no sauce. Until I discovered the sweet chilli.... somewhat of an attempt to correct an error perhaps. Couldn't they just redo it.... or worse perhaps there's cross contamination issue... unfortunately we won't order again.

Disgusting experience last night

Disgusting experience last night. Took my online payment and then told me I had 4 minutes to pick up my order or tough. Then he put the phone down on me. Still awaiting for a refund. Don’t go to this place. Really bad customer service.
