Piglet's Pantry Reviews 

Was very much looking forward to my afternoon tea for 1. Firstly my chosen date wasn't achieved, which I know isn't guaranteed but still not a great start. Then the delivery person decided to leave safe in my "porch" but I don't have a porch, just a small overhang above the door. As the weather was dreadful if was effectively left outside. Also didn't follow "this way up" instructions so the box was left on it's side. This meant the cool packs didn't sit under the food for quite some time before I returned home. The food inside was nice but feel it would've been better if it had stay on the cool packs not slumped on it's side. I had no option to advise of a safe place like I do with other couriers. Let down by delivery courier! Wouldn't use again on this basis.

We have no idea whether the food was good or not because the delivery didn't happen. First there must have been problems with the website as some of the information put in went missing and they had to ring me to find out which delivery day I wanted. DHL had the address but not the individual flat number even though I had put that in. They had our email address and telephone number, but no one bothered to make any effort to deliver. We asked for it to be redelivered, and they put it in the system for Monday. Didn't arrive. Then Tuesday. Still didn't arrive. They have now said Thursday, but the food would be completely spoiled by then. Probably eaten by the DHL people by now.
I thought it would be a good idea to alert Piglet's Pantry but as others have said, they were very condescending and unhelpful. Originally I thought I won't be using them again if they are using DHL, but their attitude after contacting them has put me off ever using them again, which is a shame as we had previously had a good service from Piglet's Pantry.

Bought the afternoon tea for 4 as a birthday treat. It arrived in good time and the recipient was delighted- said there was enough food to last till the next birthday :-)

I had a surprise delivery of an afternoon tea for 2. This was a thank you from a very generous relative.
It arrived in a very well insulated box with ice bags to keep the wonderful goodies really fresh. Everything supplied was exceedingly delicious. I would definitely recommend Piglets Pantry. A huge thank you to everyone involved. I would give 10 stars if could.

We received our afternoon tea box as a gift and we were really impressed. Lovely cakes, fluffy scones and tasty, substantial sausage rolls and scotch eggs. In my opinion the quiches could have been cheesier but that’s minor and personal taste I guess.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful treat with the Vegetarian Afternoon Tea. All the contents were delicious but especially the savoury ones. Everything arrived safely and in good cool condition. I would especially like to thank the ordering team as I had trouble booking it with a voucher from buyagift, which didn't work. However the lovely people at Piglets Pantry sorted everything with no fuss and were so friendly and organised. I will certainly be using you again and have told all my friends and family about the experience. Well done and thank you.

Boxed up lovey but very disappointing inside unfortunately the only delicious thing for me were the scones with jam and cream

Excellent gift. So well-presented, in lovely packaging - real attention to detail. Generous portions and, although I didn’t try them myself, recipients said the products were delicious.

Came at the end of the day, packed well and ready for our next day picnic, plenty of tasty food. Not sure about cold pies though

I have used Piglets Pantry a few times now. The products are always well packaged and very fresh. Everyone that has received a hamper have been absolutely delighted. They say the pastry and the scones are the best they have had. Would throughly recommend.

For the money I paid through buyagift it was very poor value for what I received. It’s the worst afternoon tea I have ever had!

Brilliant afternoon tea- I was really impressed with the quality of the food. My dad was delighted with it and I would definitely buy again for a gift!

Our afternoon tea was delivered when we arranged it the food was fresh and delicious the sausage rolls, were really nice as everything was I can't fault it

Was about to order vegan pies,but then saw palm oil is used, so no thank you. Shame because im always looking for vegan options .

Your reply says you use sustainable palm oil, but there is really no such thing is there? Why not rape oil, produced in UK?
